I follow in the footsteps of the High Inquisitors before me to test our young-bloods in their abilities to bear the colors of The Grim and follow The Mandate. Those who are weak of body and mind will fall to our enemies in their tests, or those whose wills are not their own will be cast aside as useless. They will prove their worth to me, to my Inquisitors, and to us, The Grim, or they will be crushed under my hooves.
