Notable Physical Features: In certain light, when not wearing armor, or where wearing armor with lots of exposed skin, it can be seen that she has a seam along each of her upper arms near her biceps, not nearly as obvious as the seams of the skin on an Abomintation. The skin on both sides of any particular seam matches in both color and texture.
Place of residence: Formerly lived in Silvermoon City after having been recovered from a ruined tower in the Ghostlands day(s) after Azeroth shook.

Known Relatives: The only person in her life she remembers from her past is her “Master” and she’s very tight lipped about him.
Religion/Philosophy: She is unfettered by any religion or Philosophy other than the Mandate. Has little regard for the lives of those who are not directly tied to her own well being.
Occupation: After being recovered from the Ghostlands shortly after the Cataclysm that rocked the lands, she was in poor condition and the elves that recovered her were able to stabilize her where she lay in a magic induced coma for several years. When she awoke on her own, after her initial disorientation and despair, she eventually settled in tending to adventurers at an Inn in Silvermoon and surrounding elvish settlements as needed where she helped with all manner of trivial inn keeping tasks, cooking for adventurers, tending their wounds, breaking down their magical equipment that is no longer worth using after decades of war and advancements in magical equipment have rendered gear from older generations useless.

Positive Personality Traits: Always willing to serve, Always willing to lighten the load of those greater than her, extremely harsh to those who have proven to be below her own abilities or who’s ego’s go beyond their own skill. Always willing to compromise and nothing is set in stone for her. When things are on the brink of falling apart will stand up and try to take charge of the failing situation but gladly yields to others who have not proven themselves a fool. Umbralheart enjoys basking in the terror of others but is not afraid to withstand it herself.
Negative Personality Traits: Quickly reaches the point where strong emotions overcome typical Elvish arrogance and her calm demeanor breaks down at which point will probably need to be reigned in.
