Upon closer inspection, the parchment is actually human flesh, tanned into leather, and parchment thin. It only has three words written on it. "I'm back, kiddies."

Ruuki stood there, staring at the leather with some confusion. There was no signature of any sort to indicate who it was, but she was certain that if they were returning, then they'd know about Office Hours and that they were held Monday evenings at 8 by the Goblin clock. She took the leather to Khorvis's office, to let him know and maybe get a clue as to who could have posted this.

Ul-Rezaj rummaged through the notes on the bulletin to stumble upon this note. Rolling his eyes, he shrugged and mumbled something about changing the rule that allows for shady, anonymous figures to post whimsically.
