Ok, so as many of you found out on Facebook, I was hospitalized Tuesday morning for a gallbladder trying to stage a mutiny. The offending organ was removed Tuesday afternoon, and all I could think about during recovery was getting home to play WoD.
Wednesday I was in too much pain and couldn't get up under my own power, so I couldn't go home.
Thursday my oxygen levels were too low and they were concerned about me catching pneumonia, so again I couldn't go home.
Today, after getting ready to stage a damn mutiny myself to get out and come home and play WoD, I finally get home. A nice shower, discovering Sunder had bought me a new, very comfy computer chair for gaming, and I was ready.
Except... my subscription ran out Tuesday, and now Blizzard isn't recognizing the subscription I just put in so I can play.
Goddamn this isn't fair. At least I'm off all next week for recovery so I can game to my heart's content, but still, I wanna play nooow *whine*.
This hasn't been my week.
Re: This hasn't been my week.
Also, I missed everybody and it sucks I missed the raid, but you can rest assured I was tripping my little heart out on painkillers.
Re: This hasn't been my week.
Sorry to hear you had such a rough week, Ruuki. You're right, sometimes life isn't fair. Whenever that happens, remember to grab life by its lapels and bellow right into its stupid face. ;)
See you soon

I hope they gave you Dilaudid. I remember my necrotized gallbladder fun times last year, happy to hear all is in recovery mode. Also saw you on last night so yay. Glad that Da;;um is keeping care of you.

Yeah, I had Dilaudid in the hospital, and they gave me a script for Norco to take home. Sunder's been taking fantastic care of me, and we've been hardcore playing since we've been up.
