Returning to the fold

So, I went through some moving around during the last few years and have finally ended up in a spot where I can play again. I don't believe I went through the proper channels when I ended up leaving, but I'm interested in rejoining the guild. As a former member, how would I go about that?

From what I've been able to dig up, it looks like you were in the guild from September - December 2010.

Since it was so long ago and only for a few months, I'd like you to go through the same process as all new members go through. This will help us all get to know each other better.
