A letter written on charred paper

To whom it applies:

While walking amongst the crowd at the shrine today, I was channeling a small ball of flame within my hands. Suddenly my concentration was broken when a rather short, dead woman ran up to me and screamed "MAGE! FIRE!" and handed me a paper with quite unclear gibberish. The only other distinguishing feature was a satchel of eye balls, of her fallen enemies I assume.

I believe this was their attempt to request my assistance, so I now write offering it.
