Kailei's Dilemma ((Not 100% open yet PM questions))

Roth steps in putting down his other things and mutters to himself, "I am assuming she said quarantine." He shakes his head following the Trolless upstairs.
Compassion, Tenacity, two of three I live my life by, I help this one and I am one step closer in helping the whole. A quarantine isn't going to stop me from helping another.
Quickly eyeing the doctor and patient pair he could tell without notifying or distracting the others what she was trying to do. Kailei's condition had gotten worse and he never expect to see such a young, strong and fine woman like her self looking like she had been a victim of a mugging. Explains the shattered glass, he thought to himself mournfully. I will not be a man of inaction.
Roth took quickly to Kailei's side and watched the Trolless work her expertise. "Will you wake me if Ash contacts you," she had said the weights already being cast upon her eyes, he smiles down to her wordless. Now bringing his attention to Nyali and Bryii and calmly asks, "Will the elixir keep her down through anything? Can we tend to more of her needs while she lay in rest?"
Roth draws out some of the bandages he had taken from Bryii's equipment, giving a glance to its previous owner, "Her bandages need changing, was no one watching her over night? No matter...keep concentrating on what your doing please, let me address this..."

Kailei fell into a deep sleep with Nyali's elixir working in her system to keep her at rest. Her temperature was still at a steady 101 despite Bryii's and Nyali's separate attempts to lower it. She coughed in her sleep, her chest heaving with the harsh coughs. Her bandages that Roth was looking at changing were soaked with red, the wound beneath them was bleeding freely as if it were fresh, and it would take a lot to stop it if it stopped at all.

Bryii sat out on the balcony alone looking up at the pure night sky. Her trusted Proto-drake begged for more treats from her master, Bryii smiles and threw some biscuits to the glorious creature. Bryii knew time would only make Kailei's condition much worse, there was another thing that she could possibly do. But doing so she would have to leave Kailei's side for a while. Bryii nodded to herself and got up, whistling quietly to the Proto-drake she jumped on his back and settled in. Time was short and thinking was a waste of time, action had to be taken. Bryii nodded to Nyali from outside and the Proto-drake jumped up and reached for the sky. Bryii whispered to her Proto-drake, "Northrend....". She had a few higher ups to seek out.
Re: Kailei's Dilemma ((Not 100% open yet PM questions))
Ashenfury left the Ratchet abode in preparations for breaking Alliance sieges near strategic assets. By the time he returned from battle the sun was setting. Knithawk and Ashenfury rode together not for the first time as they headed towards the home that Kailei was supposedly discovered within. First Lilaena has gone missing and now a previously unheard of Dawnstrider happens to come across Kailei. These happenings did not sit well with the High Inquisitor.
Ashenfury skidded his rocket across the dirt and grass as it slowed. He dismounted and opened his hand palm up. A cracking could be heard as a spark appeared above his hand before it exploded into a stable flame equal to that of a torch. As the light expanded to the doorway of the cottage it was apparent the entire area had been overrun with wolves. Ashenfury and Knithawk stepped into the dark home.
In the house there were three robed human corpses, two upstairs and one in the basement several feet from the cell. A basic alchemy table is in the main area of the building with rudimentary herbs and poisons. The holding cell's door had been busted open. Knithawk went straight to the alchemy table and began to examine the herbs and poisons. If these basic ingredients were all that was used then Kailei was hardly in any danger but something had to be missing.
Ashenfury kicked each rotting corpse. Flies awoke and swarmed the disturbed meals. There were many scents mingled in the house and only the reek of Kailei's stench was familiar. He thought that he had caught the Dawnstrider's scent but could not be sure.
From far away within the darkness an observer could see light move from window to window as the pair searched for clues. As Ashenfury stepped out of the building he dragged his open palm along the walls causing a trail of flame and sparks erupting along it's path. The building burned well into the morning.

Nyali wrinkled her nose and began to feel around Kailei's wound. She tried to magically close the wound, uttering a short prayer to Hir'eek, Shirvallah, and Shadra as she worked. She used the energy she received from her belief to close as much of the wound as she could, getting worn out as she pushed healing energy into her. She stopped pouring energy before it tired her too much, placing a mash of herbs on the wound, then wrapping bandages tightly. "Rot'rili. Be mah eyes." She nodded at Bryii's words.

((this is just an update on what took place in game))
Wens. 2/22
Kailei had awoken after the sleeping potion Nyali had given her at around six pm ((Server time)) she felt more dizzy, and had lost any appetite she might have had. She had a hard time taking anything at all including fluids. Nyali tending her wound which had kept bleeding steadily, and then she tried getting Kailei to take several different potions.
One potion in particular, an Elixir of of Superior Defense, seemed to boost Kailei's inner workings a bit (once they figured out injections worked better than trying to get Kailei to swallow it) and no further symptoms developed, however she still had the other symptoms and they didn't seem to be fading at all.
After some conversation with Roth and Nyali, and a journal entry Kailei decided to try and get some more rest, and Nyali gave her another potion to help her sleep through the night.

Thanks to Nyali's potion, Kailei would sleep undisturbed all through the night, even when she got her hourly injections of the elixir. However the next injection after 8 am would probably wake her up as the sleeping potion would have worn off by then. Her face would still look bruised, and so would her nailbeds, the wound on her arm was still bleeding, but not steadily, and the fever remained consistant through the night, however there are no changes for the worse in the morning, it seems as if the hourly injections were keeping her stable at her current level of symptoms, but they weren't curing anything.

Re: Kailei's Dilemma ((Not 100% open yet PM questions))
Kailei woke slowly in a fog, dizzy still and some of the haziness probably came from the after effects of the sleep potion that Nyali had given her the previous night. She sat up very slowly as her head was spinning and she reached for her journal. She silently scrawled another entry and set the book aside with a longing glance to the window in her room. She rested back against her mountain of pillows and just sobbed to herself for a few minutes...needing to get the tears out.

Re: Kailei's Dilemma ((Not 100% open yet PM questions))
Leyu'jin scowled to himself, as much in frustration as anything. One of his Dreadweavers, and sister in battle, was incapacitated, and not by an Alliance blade or spell, but by foul disease. He trudged along the streets of Orgrimmar. Nyali an' Bryii. Dey be da ones helpin' Kailei out righ' now. The troll warrior frowned, mentally cataloguing the symptoms. Although not skilled in healing magicks, he'd been experimenting with alchemy for years, based on what he'd learned from the Vilebranch, picked up from his tribemates in the Skymane, and the exchanges he'd had with the Darkspear upon joining the Horde. His knowledge was by no means paltry. Der gotta be sumting ah kin do ta help. Ah no be completely powerless in dis battle. He knew Bryii and Nyali were tending to Kailei, but there had to be a way to get in contact with them. Standing around, waiting for the next battle with the Alliance, was going to drive him mad.
Re: Kailei's Dilemma ((Not 100% open yet PM questions))
Nyali patted Kailei's shoulder gently. "Cry be goo'." She attempted to lessen the burning by releasing druidic energy into Kailei's system alongside the defensive potion.
Re: Kailei's Dilemma ((Not 100% open yet PM questions))
((these events take place the morning of 2/24))
Kailei managed to sleep soundly through the night thanks to Nyali's sleep potion. She didn't feel the hourly injections as she slept so that was a good thing.
When she awoke, she realized there was still no change in her own symptoms, and she sighed and laid back against the pillows. She saw that Nyali was still asleep by her bed, and she figured that since the house was quiet that Roth was asleep or maybe Eurph was and one of them was on guard.
She glanced to the window and saw that the sun was rising slowly and she longed to be down by the ocean watching it rise...but she couldn't leave the house much less the bed, she groaned softly adjusting her position a little. she was so stiff.
((And when Nyali and Roth wake up, they will have fevers of 101 degrees, muscle aches, and nausea. This goes for Bryii as well who is out in Northrend...))

Nyali coughs herself awake. She shakes her head and quickly injects herself and Kailei with the potion, she then shifts into cat form and curls up, shivering. She hacks every few minutes. "No' goo'. bu' ta be-" *Hack* She looks at Kailei, her nose twitching and wet. She winces at each spasm, then begins to groom herself in order to comfort. She twitches her ears.

The sun had risen a bit further as the lower household started lighting up, the smith was cold and lifeless and nothing was making a noise down stairs besides the stirring of Roth'rili. Over night he hadn't slept well, his sheets were moist with sweat and half the covers found themselves on the floor, but there he was sitting up in bed with a grimaced look staring at the floor. He could feel the signs, warm breath has his heavy breathing hit his hand, and he had already tried to get up and walk about but just sitting up hurt and standing caused a sense of vertigo.
"I knew the risk, but I haven't felt this way in a long time, I can deal with this...it just not to my liking. I'll have to stifle my complaints." Roth looks at his rune in the palm of his hand inspecting to see how things are going with Kailei. There had been some movement indicating she had woken and Nyali has entered the area of her bed.
"Nyali most be administering the serum, I wonder how much her supplies will last if I start to need them, " Roth closes his eyes and clears his mind hoping to enter a more meditative state to help him with the nausea. "Atleast I could do is appear fine to them..."

Kailei hadn't changed at all symptom wise since yesterday. But at least the night before Nyali had helped her to get a bath and that had eased some of her issues with her appearance. She frowned as she saw Nyali wake up...looking almost as miserable as Kailei herself was. "Oh no Nyali..." She coughs. "I am so sorry..."
She tugs another blanket weakly from under her bed. "Here." She said as she laid the blanket over Nyali after they had each had their hourly serving of potion. Things were going to get really bad really quick around here with all of them sick. "Roth?" Kailei called out hoarsely as she heard some noise from downstairs...she worried that he might be sick as well and she coughed yet again. But she didn't want to make him worry. "Hey Roth is Eurphadion down there?" She asked. "He guarded the door for us last night..." She tugged her blankets more securely around herself and patted Nyali's kitty head.

Roth's mind snaps back to Kailei's house in his little spot in the lower quarters after hearing Kailei's voice through the communication device he provided to her. He communicates back promptly and without letting his voice be effected by his current health.
"I doubt creatures like him would need rest, I bet he has been out there throughout the night cause I haven't been interrupted, " Roth pauses to clear his throat, "I'll check though, first things first how are you feeling? I have no change on my end but I want to make sure that your alright."
Roth winces as he drags over his boots, slipping his feet into the hard leather and slowly attaching the straps and securing them properly. Just thinking about putting on his heavy armor brought pain, it will stay in the corner till needed, he thought as he stood grabbing a light airy shirt from beside his bed and putting his arms through and ignoring the buttons. Without the same energy from the day before he drags his feet to the front door to take a look for the ebon knight.
Trusting him is not going to better our situation here, Kailei... the silently thought to himself.
