(IC) What is your gender and race?

Mal *This time a simple 'F' and 'e' were obviously scribbled off to the left of the page's margin.* Troll.

(IC) What is your class in life? Why did you choose to follow this class?

Druid is what many refer to my kind as. There was no choosing, only understanding what abilities lay dormant within.

(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?

Somewhere between thirty and forty thousand. Reported that is.

(IC) What drives you in life? How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?

What drives me is the endless pursuit of the need to feel like I want to live. Ironically, taking life brings me that bliss. I would be an eager and disciplined addition. War strategies are the ultimate thrill, even if that means staying put at my post.

(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?

Life. A husband, a child. Neither of whom walk Azeroth any longer. Retreating into the jungle. Finding a large group of fun loving and family oriented Horde, but discovering the blackness within me was no longer a match for their ranks.

(IC) What are your thoughts of the new direction the Horde has taken since the Cataclysm?

If we'd chopped off as many Alliance heads as forests then maybe we'd be getting somewhere. My allegiance will always be with the Horde. Yet Garrosh is all bark and no bite. Even he seems incapable of fully instigating a proper triumph. Reckless, but not reckless enough- or not in the proper way.

(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?

It means I have people I can RP with! I like to log in and take the mindset of my character. There aren't many guilds that fully let me do that.

(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by a structure with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. Does this definition conflict with how you want to play your character? If it does, how do you expect to handle the conflict with other members?

My character is more than ready for almost any task presented. However, my druid is rather opinionated. Thoughts would be expressed, but defying direct authority would be suicidal.

(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?

I consider myself a beginner +. I have RPed on and off throughout several MMOs for years now, but I'm always looking to learn, whether that's RP PvP or even PvE.
I do prefer paragraph RP over 'tavern' RP as I tend to be rather descriptive when the mood strikes. It's something I'm working on: RPing less for the sake of including more people.

(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently? If so, what was your previous server and/or in-game name?

Not recently, but she was first Ralaj of Moonguard, night elf. Then, a tauren male in Twisting Nether - I've honestly forgotten his name. Then she was Ralaj once more, of Emerald Dream. It's been well over a year since her last transfer and I have all my high level characters on Twisting Nether now. She's here to stay.

(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?

I'm looking for a guild with more pvp drive and more people to RP with than my current guild. If I can world pvp, RBG, or even find new people to immerse myself with then I'd be set.

(OOC) When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim. In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule. Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Qarosimae.

I play mostly weekday afternoons, pacific time. Although I've been known to stay up all night during the week for good RP or a world pvp event, etc.

Perhaps one too many blows to the head - reread the instructions and follow them correctly. If you cannot understand simple words in the peace and quiet of Orgrimmar how can you be trusted to obey commands on the field of battle?
