Greebo, idly perusing the stack of skins, grinning skulls, black candle-wax encrusted chests engraved with sigils of dark and blasphemous entities too strange and powerful to be called mere gods sees the simple parchment and gives it a once over.

I would like to hear from you about my offer to join you. I will admit that I have not been completely honest with you. I know of your deeds, and some of your members I do know from my past.
I have enclosed a small token that, if I am not mistaken, you may recognize.
(( The parcel contains a simple, seemingly leather bound book. The leather, however, seems not to be made from cow, but some other form of skin. The preface of the book is written in what appears to be hand-written common. The colophon contains simply of a wax seal and an sketched image of a human male. The rest of the pages, however, seem to be securely stuck together, but not by physical means. ))
