(IC) What name or title do you go by?
     - Malkaris Darkfire, my birth name. Shade. Cursed one, honestly take your pick. I've lived long enough to have acquired many.

(IC) What is your gender and race?
     - I am a Kaldorei male with a case of undeath.

(IC) What is your class in life?  Why did you choose to follow this class?
     - I am a Warlock.

(IC) How would you describe yourself?
     - Ridiculously good looking for being cursed. A tortured soul looking for a hug? I am known, more or less. Infiltrator, unseen one. Defiler of temples? There is not much to say on this account without going into a rather extended history lesson.

(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?
     - The ones you call Battlemasters? They have recorded only 3556 of them. As they say, Quality over quantity...

(IC) What drives you in life?  How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
     - Whatever passions bubble to the surface. I was among the few that mortally wounded Arthas before the fool Garrosh joined the fray. I have knowledge of our heroic ventures within, so I suppose, I would have to reiterate my competency among the new bloods.

(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
     - Before the Grim the first time, or now after my little hiatus behind alliance lines? If the former, It's really of no consequence. I Travelled. If the later, i was watching, and learning more about the alliance itself and it's leaders.

(IC) What are your thoughts on the pact between the Alliance and the Warchief Thrall?
     - Like many things in this world, in time it will be forgotten, after years of bloodshed and turmoil, Thrall will die. Garrosh will die. Varian will also die. It is irrelevant to me as the waves of time crash upon and erode all shores eventually, with new ground, new...things, taking it's place.  This pact is no different.  Uphold it, or let it burn. The actions of the two war machines will determine it's worth.

(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members.  What does that mean to you?
     - Good times =). More time spent throwing things at arrogant blood elves (and said blood elves throwing stuff back at the old guy). Interaction.

(OOC)  The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by structure and a defined chain of command with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies.  How does your character's personality and storyline follow the Grim Mandate?  Is there any conflict between how you want to play your character and the theme of the Grim?  If so, what do you expect out of joining us?
     - Honestly... Malkaris just... doesn't quite give a damn. Not really - he only cares about his own goals and agenda as he tends to out live most people's plans and goals anyway.  If he helps, it's because he either wants something or because he is lending his hand to someone he knows (out of boredom or a smidgen of personal loyalty, is the question as far as that goes.)

       If he's admitted again, it would mostly be for the familiar faces. And to watch Skash kill himself by eating waaay to much pie.

(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line?  Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
     - mostly online with neverwinter nights 1 and 2. Some Table top d&d but not much.

(OOC) Do you have any previous WoW experience?  (PvP, Raiding, Battlegrounds, Different Servers, Different Guilds, Different Factions, etc.)
     - Everything I raided with the Grim before I left. First Legion shinanigans, heroic bosses and the like, and a very brief stint with Space People.

(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently?
     - Nope

(OOC)  What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
     - Mostly just fun.  I like the hardcore raiding scene. But things have been pretty hectic so I think I need a change of pace for a while.  Old acquaintances and whatnot.  Walks on the beach with Abric's arms around me. Etc.

(OOC)  When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim.  In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule.  Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Aquizit.
     - It's... up in the air right now. I can make most raids, it just depends on how much studying needs to be done and whether or not my friends (who raid on the weekends sometimes) pull me along for the ride.

Not really, hehe. In complete honesty, I'm pretty burnt out with the game at the moment.  Right now, my intent is to just have fun with the game again if possible, raid with people I know and whatnot.

Either the inquisitors have been killed off, or no one is in need of an old one such as myself. Either way, Word of what the intent is in regards to myself would be much appreciated. I know how short life is, and I do not make it a habit to waste anyone's time. Do not waste mine.
