My name is Bisso the Insane

(IC) What is your gender and race?

I am a male Blood Elf

(IC) What is your class in life?  Why did you choose to follow this class?

Mage. My insatiable thirst for arcane energy produced a natural path to wielding this power and the ability to unleash this ferocious intensity upon those who are my enemies.

(IC) How would you describe yourself?

Attempting to partake of fel energies as a means to sate my unending addiction to magical energies, my skin has been found to possess a purple-ish hue. Battle scars from countless encounters with the traitorous Alliance have riddled my average Blood Elf body. While they are painful, they serve as a constant reminder of the continual war that must be waged to secure peace through annihilation. 

(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?

The records of battle show that I have confirmed 47,988 Honorable Kills. With every passing day, this number continues to grow as I leave a trail of broken and battered bodies in my wake.

(IC) What drives you in life?  How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?

Power is the mode in which I pursue vengeance. Those who have slain my kindred, as well as, those who stood idly by and neglected aid and assistance in our darkest hour of desperation will pay the cost of their treachery and that cost will be their lives!
It would appear that I find myself in close accord with the directives of The Grim. There can be no peace, nor hope for such peace, while the forces that wish us harm are eradicated from the face of Azeroth. It is to this end that I seek admission to join the ranks of The Grim.

(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?

Viewed by many as reckless and unstable, I have ventured forth into the vast lands of Azeroth and Outland unaccompanied and largely unaided. Operating in isolation, I have frequently found myself outmanned and outnumbers, but never outdone. This solitude has enable me to hone my skills in many varying forms a combat. As a matter of necessity, I have forged brief alliances with others to accomplish my quest for revenge. Naturally, the zealous manner in which I pursue my goals will eventually necessitate my return to solidarity.

(IC) What are your thoughts on the pact between the Alliance and the Warchief Thrall?

Let the governing council of our faction bow to the supremacy of forged treaties. As a mage of the Horde, I do not, or cannot feel myself bound by cold and ill-fated rules; and when the cry of the oppress is heard, I long to buckle on my armor, and shoulder to shoulder, stand and contend with our brethren against the vile oppressors of the Alliance.

(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members.  What does that mean to you?

Full Immersion role playing is developing aspects of a character and endowing them with the same attribute and mental capacities of a living being. To effectively achieve this, players are to remain IC and not deviate from lore or create situations or characters that are not conducive to a role-playing environment.

(OOC)  The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by structure and a defined chain of command with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies.  How does your character's personality and storyline follow the Grim Mandate?  Is there any conflict between how you want to play your character and the theme of the Grim?  If so, what do you expect out of joining us?

Bisso is highly driven and methodically vindictive. The goal of complete annihilation of enemies and the total eradication of the Alliance fits well with the stated goals of The Grim.

(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line?  Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?

At best, I am a novice. However, RP is the one aspect of the game which I have not experienced and I am looking forward to doing so with likeminded players.

(OOC) Do you have any previous WoW experience?  (PvP, Raiding, Battlegrounds, Different Servers, Different Guilds, Different Factions, etc.)

Throughout the years, my game-play has gone through many phases. Although I am proficient in all aspects of the game (Raiding, PvP, Questing/Lore, Achievement building) I am looking for a new challenge, and I believe that RP, coupled with PvP and Raiding would present that challenger very effectively. 

(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently?

This character is recently transferred for the Emerald Dream. The server, at times, is overpopulated and there is nothing more irritating than waiting in queue lines to log in.

(OOC)  What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?

I am hoping to find likeminded players who enjoy the game as much as I, and to also learn from the more experienced player.

(OOC)  When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim.  In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule.  Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Aquizit.

I am a student currently enrolled in 21 hours this semester and I also have a newborn child. Needless to say, the time that I have to play WoW have been greatly reduced, but I want the precious little time that I do have to play spent with others who enjoy the game as much as I.
I am normally online in the evenings and sometimes throughout the day. Kind of sporadic, I know, but I do not have a set play schedule.
