BlizzCon 2010 Announced

23-22 October this year, and still in Anaheim, CA.  There had been rumors about it being in Vegas this year, which would have been awesome, but no... back to the same overcrowded location.

I, for one, will definitely be taking a pass on it.

I don't even know what they are going to do at this one, this year.  I mean, they can still talk about Starcraft 2, Diablo 2, and Cataclysm .... but what's the spice that will entice me to go this year for something they didn't show last year?

- Starcraft 2 is out on beta, and let me tell you ... the "core" of the game is good to go. 
- I guess we can play some Diablo 2, but I suspect that is going to be out in beta by the time BLIZZCON is out .. unless of course the Diablo team is going to pull a Diablo 2 again; where they say "this year" when they mean "three years after this date"
- What's more to say about Cataclysm?  I was under the presumption they already had all the panels about the history of it ... unless of course they are going to pull a "squids from outer space" canon removal with something people aren't happy about ... which I haven't seen anything about it.  Unless, of course, Deathwing isn't the cause anymore - and it's the Zerg.  THE ZERG!  No more Charon!  It's now Azeroth!  Space Marines, goooooooooo!
