I be a rogue by trade. Been at sea most of me life, and learned the art of stealth and killin' in many a port o'call.

I strive ta be da best at what I do. I kin give ordahs, and take em as well.

I been wonderin' about, assistin' an ol'friend with gettin 'is rag-tag bunch in ordah. Now dat job be done, I seek ta travel wit some of me ol'mates again.
(IC) What are your thoughts on the pact between the Alliance and the Warchief Thrall?
Da Alliance ain't no friends o' ours... no mattah what be on papah. I been dishonest enough in my ol'piratin' days ta know dat dis peace accord is merely fer show and da blood is still shed. If'fin I see an Alliance membah an I tink can dispatch em... I do. Dere only be peace, when we be da last ones standin.
(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?
It means getting to play my character as it is meant to be played, all the time. It means another dimension of the game that others miss out on.
(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by structure and a defined chain of command with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. How does your character's personality and storyline follow the Grim Mandate? Is there any conflict between how you want to play your character and the theme of the Grim? If so, what do you expect out of joining us?
Anaie has been both a leader and a follower in her times. She will follow orders given to her and is fiercely loyal to some beyond any reasoning. Those some are all Grim members currently. (Their names shall remain a secret, unless you remember from the old stories! muaha).
(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
All kinds of tabletop RPGs and online RPGs. For over 20 years.
(OOC) Do you have any previous WoW experience? (PvP, Raiding, Battlegrounds, Different Servers, Different Guilds, Different Factions, etc.)
I have played both Alliance side and Horde side. Anaie is my highest level character, and I am comfortable with PvE, PvP in all forms. I have been in my own Guild, The Grim (in the past) and in a pure raiding guild.
(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently?

(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
Intelligent, fun people that I get along with and that share similar interests. Playing with people I know both irl, and well from online.
(OOC) When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim. In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule. Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Lascivious.

(OOC) I left the Grim most recently to help a friend that I know in real life from College get Blitzkrieg back on its feet after he took it over. There were major issues there, and they wanted me to help with the Rogues and such. I did that, but now he does not play very much anymore due to work, and the guild is now large enough again that I am not really needed in the capacity I was there for, so I want to come back and game with people that I also consider to be friends. I put my reasons for leaving into RP terms as well as the OOC ones, and feel I left on good terms. I still have roleplayed with the Grim whenever I could, and still tried to offer any help that was needed, though it was rarely needed!
(IC)It shattered what little bit of her heart that remained when she had to attend duties that could not be done in the name of the Grim... and being in possession of that tabard meant you always did just that. Anaie thought back to her tabard that she left in her sister's small home in Shattrath would one day be hers again... complete with all of the blood, sweat, tears and death that made it. "Peace through Annihilation..."

When someone takes off *my* tabard, Mohan, they have some explaining to do before I will let them wear it again. This talk of "friends" is all well and good. I for one trust to learn the real reason.

As for myself, I barely know her at all. It's me she'll have to impress, just as any other recruit, and doubly so if she truly did leave the Grim.
