The tier 10.5 items (the ones with item levels you'd find in the 25-player raid) will be obtained by getting a token (one that is specific to 3 or 4 classes, much like the ulduar tokens) and using it to upgrade the tier 10 item that was purchased with emblems of frost.

Huh--I think I like that! That means you can gear up for the t10 with all the frost badges from raiding, and then use the drop from the 25-man to upgrade that piece? Pretty cool to me!

Yeah, I like that a lot. It'll make gearing up to the t10.5 muuuuch easier.

Undocumented Changes
Undercity has seen multiple changes:
* The Undercity Guardians have being replaced by orcish Kor'kron Overseers
* There is a new NPC in the Apothecarium, Horde Overseer Kraggoshω τ α.
* There are new NPCs in the Royal Quarter, Horde Bragor Bloodfist , who replaces Varimathras, and Horde Aleric Hawkinsω τ α .
* There is a new wandering NPC, Horde Dark Ranger Anyaω τ α
2 new flight points have been added
* HordeThe Bulwark, Tirisfal Glades
* NeutralThondroril River, Western Plaguelands

No, pretty much everyone has a giant avoidance rate now. Let me tell you as a healer: if this lets them plan less giant-ass hitting abilities and more stable healing requirements, I'm a happy guy. Nothing is more stressful than seeing the giant chunk of health removed and wondering if you'll get that big heal off before the next hit lands.

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask. Why has all the guards in UC been replaced with Korkron? Has Sylvanus been deposed and orcs took over or summat?!
