Huh. I was kind of enjoying killing people in PvP with those extra 2k pops of damage. I think I'll miss the old way.

A-HA.
Bastards. "We will never allow PvE to PvP character transfers." "We are not changing the Brewfest meta-achievement." I should really stop doing things based on what Blizzard says.
I am going to get my proto-drake, and I am going to fly it straight into Lisbet's smarmy face.

Re: Brewmaster
I knew they would change this. I also knew i already had brew of the year in the bag any way. It will piss me off if they don't give me retroactive credit for doing brew of the month club though.

One loot to rule them all, one loot to distribute them - Emblems in 3.1
One of the PTR patch notes for build 9684:
* Badges and Emblems looted off of any dungeon bosses by a member of the party or raid will automatically be given to all eligible party or raid members. Party or raid members must still be inside the instance to receive Badges or Emblems.

Wowhead has new talent trees up: http://ptr.wowhead.com/?talent
Re: 3.1 Discussion
Hmm, they still have Imp. Scorch and Winter's Chill at 10% crit, but do have the new Imp. Shadow Bolt. Guess that's still up in the air.
Re: 3.1 Discussion
The PTR and the PTR patch notes have WC/IS at 5%

Re: 3.1 Discussion
Hit the forums. Looks like the wowhead tree just hasn't updated to that point yet.
It really does render Imp. Scorch a complete waste of a talent/glyph (not necessarily a bad thing, since it frees up other options for talent points/glyph slot), especially considering it's Tier 4 and takes multiple casts to put it up, and Chill is Tier 6 and still takes 5 casts of something and has half the duration, while ISB is Tier 1 and takes one cast of a base nuke and lasts the full 30 seconds... Riiight. The way Imp. Scorch is now is already self-sacrifice for raid benefit, at least in the sense that if anyone else is putting it up, you never use the spell. Was kinda waiting to see what if any changes they put on Scorch to give some incentive to use it... ever.
But apparently the Mirror Image Glyph will let them stack... something... as a bonus on the fact that it has a short duration/long cooldown... I don't really understand the comments. 5%, still called Winter's Chill, but stacks with itself? Or 10% base, still called Winter's Chill, for the duration of their existence that doesn't interfere with other Chill/Shadow Bolts, but doesn't stack with them either? Yeah, I'll get right on... glyphing my... images... damn morons.

Re: 3.1 Discussion
Better hope someone stays affliction though - right now (according to simcraft at least, I haven't played with the beta Rawr) the number one DPS spec doesn't include it. Doesn't include the replenishment either, and no spec includes both. Well, to be honest, the number one spec is affy with the DG but that is only 15 minutes of every hour.
