How did you hear about The Grim? Do you know anyone in The Grim?
-Ruuki is an old friend of mine : ) Quite obviously when I wanted to start playing WoW, she wanted me to join her.
The forums are The Grim’s primary method of communication. Will you check them regularly (at least a few times a week)?
-If the forums are interesting, I sure will read them!
Tell us about your roleplaying experience. In WoW? Elsewhere? Do you consider yourself a heavy RPer? What does that mean to you?
-I've no RP experience in an MMO as of yet. I've been RPing in various chatrooms for more than a decade and also use to do table top RP. I can be a very heavy RPer when the storyline catches my interest!
The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild. Do you have any experience playing a character of this alignment or a character archetype that believes in structure with evil intent?
-I have RPed such characters, just not in WoW per-say ; )
Have you been part of any other guilds in World of Warcraft? If so, who were they and what server do or did they reside on? Let us know of your experience with them and what made you decide to either leave or continue to stay.
-Nope, new to WoW, no guild yet
Are you applying on an alt (non-main) character? If so, what are you looking for here that you are not getting from your main character? If you are feeling honest or adventurous, please let us know who your main is.
-Nope, Bothrops is my main as of now. I also am trying out a holy pally on the side.
What race and class is this character? Why did you choose this race and class?
-Goblin rogue. In other MMOs I've played a lot of oversized tank and healer class, I felt like just being a little assassin for once ;)
What are your expectations for your character after joining The Grim? What aspect of the game do you wish to focus on (raids, rated battlegrounds, arenas, challenge modes, achievements, etc.)?
-Battlegrounds or raids :) I don't know much about WoW end-game yet, though! I might change my focus along the way.
What is your PvE (player-versus-environment) experience in World of Warcraft? What classes and roles do you enjoy the most in a raid environment? Do you have any PvE experience from other MMO games?
-I've not had much experience in WoW as of yet; other than lowbie dungeons with pugs. I've got plenty of experience in Aion (where I come from). My main character (which is a templar/tank) in Aion has a special rare title that was given for a first kill of a raid boss in all of North America : ) I like challenge and I don't mind trying over and over and over again until I succeed.
What is your PvP (player-versus-player) experience in World of Warcraft? What classes and roles do you enjoy the most in a PvP environment? Do you have any PvP experience in other MMO games?
-Again, I have none in WoW as of yet. In Aion I won two pvp contests. (And Aion doesn't host them often, so those are rare to win) One of which gave me special mount (wings) and the other that gave me a very special weapon skin (in January 2015)

-I read them. My name "Bothrops" is actually a latin name for a genus of south american venomous snakes. ;) It's quite fitting for a little assassin.
How is your computer performance when playing World of Warcraft? What is your FPS/load times during heavy graphical or high population times? Is your internet connection stable?
-I have very good cable internet, WoW is installed on a SSD and I have a brand new graphic card (770 GTX), running WoW is no problem. The only problem I've had so far is a strange freeze when trying to pick quests with items, not sure if this is one of my add-ons having a memory leak.. I have yet to put my finger on the issue.

-I play on typical East coast times. (evenings or afternoons)

I've known her for, oh gods... 6, 7 years? Great RPer, fantastic gamer and I don't ever want to go against her in PvP, I'm super stoked that she's finally applying.
As for the armory link, she and I both looked on the official WoW website and we can't find it, not under her old name or her new name (I told her she'd need to change her name from what it was). I'm not sure what's up with that.

Yeah, Armory is really behind this expansion as far as updating itself or showing all characters.
