Grim Application For <Insert Name>


How did you hear about The Grim?
-To be honest, I have not heard of them before recently...I stumbled across them completely by accident in Orgrimmar. I was leveling my shaman and was getting ready to go Twilight Highlands when I stumbled into an interview occuring in the tavern. I switched to Cobrak because i had not seen Rper's in forever. I struck up a nice, drunken conversation...the only one I remember was Lilliana, because I ran into her again yesterday. Which included a drunken orc warrior named Khorvis, drinking games, vomit-stained armor, and an Alliance attack squad....Good times.

What experience do you have with internet forums? Do you check them frequently or infrequently?
-Infrequently, I have little experience in forum RP.

What sort of role-playing experience do you have? Would you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
-Not so profound as to compare myself to the Godly Gygax, but I have a great wealth of experience roleplaying as I have been privy to many a DnD and Pathfinder campaign. i used to do a lot of RP back during the BC age when I started, but in all my time upon Twisting Nether, I have seen the RP community somewhat dwindle...Perhaps it was just me.

The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild. Do you have any experience playing a character of this alignment or a character archetype that believes in structure with evil intent?
-Ohohohoho yes. I have often played within the darker spectrum of the alignments....Lawful/neutral Evil being the more favorable.

Have you been part of any other guilds in World of Warcraft? If so, who were they and what server do or did they reside on? Let us know of your experience with them and what made you decide to either leave or continue to stay.
-For the past 2 years, I've been in a few guilds with this guy. <Batman> is my current, which i joined to follow my friends to do raiding with, but they have since stopped playing. <Veritas Inlustrat> has been the guild I have been in for years and made many friends within...until many of them left upon MoP and has since been changed to....uggh <Hugs on the House>....so yeah. before that i raided in WotLK with <Last Call> and in BC with <Dark Legend>.

Are you applying on an alt (non-main) character? If so, what are you looking for here that you are not getting from your main character? If you are feeling honest or adventurous, please let us know who your main is.
-Cobrak is my main, has been ever since he was my first WoW character when i started when BC first released.

What are your expectations for your character after joining The Grim. What aspect of the game, if any, do you wish to focus on?
-Really just having fun with everything. RPing is fun, PvP and PvE is fun, Xmog/Mount runs, you name it, I probably do it....except arenas.

What is your PvE (player-versus-environment) experience in World of Warcraft? What classes and roles do you enjoy the most in a raid environment? Do you have any PvE experience from other MMO games?
-I have a good deal of history with raiding, mostly in WotLK and latter portions of MoP (In BC i was too lazy and Cata...well....was Cata.). The only other MMO I've ever played seriously was SWTOR, and I never did endgame content, mainly I was there for the character storylines.

What is your PvP (player-versus-player) experience in World of Warcraft? What classes and roles do you enjoy the most in a PvP environment? Do you have any PvP experience in other MMO games?
-Again, a grab-bag of experience. I have recently begun getting into RBG's and the like (Just got Blood Guard a few days ago, haha). Before i usually found myself in pemade BG's, or even just World PvP.

-Aye, that i did.

How is your computer performance when playing World of Warcraft? What is your FPS/load times during heavy graphical or high population times? Is your internet connection stable?
-My internet is not the cream-of-the-best, but it is fast enough for all intents and purposes. I lag very rareyl, but it does happen from time to time. My computer on the other hand, is top shelf for gaming. Usually I never hit below 80 FPS.

-I'm a friendly guy who enjoys getting to know the people I play with....so if you like bullshitting or chatting OOC, lemme know. I'm always ready to run old raids and dungeons, and have quite a few horde toons to hop on should Cobrak be saved or unavailable. Thanks for reading, gents.
