Rageblade : Well armed Grim trials

Rennal sat a top the bluff over looking the vastness before her. Durtor; her father would of come here right after her birth. Once Thrall had taken command he rallied all orcs of any tribe to retreat from the Eastern Kingdoms and find haven in the lands of Kalmador. He couldn't of know what he was leaving behind, or rather who. Even all these years later a matching of Orc and elf wasn't something anyone took a liking too or even approved of.
She was an outcast and she was seeing that even here among the Grim; the feelings were the same around the table. The monstrosity, beast, unholy, different, not like us. She shrug it off; she couldn't let any of that bother her, she had been here before being undesired even though she was granted with her mother alluring body and traits. No one had even bothered to get to know her; She smirked her small tusks accenting her grin, if they didn't like her it wasn't an issue she could easily kill anyone then with a single blow.
The caravan in the valley below her began to move once more, she stood and watched its direction. The Humans were un phased about being in enemy territory they walked around as if they already owned the lands being loud and careless. He would make this to easy on her Rennal thought; she didn't want a swift execution with this human. She glared down from atop her bluff axe in her hand, the one thing she had of her fathers and it would be with this axe to serve the justice of her mothers death. She grunted low as she gripped the hilt tightly the memory flashing before her eyes. The man before her holding her back as his commander raped and killed her mother right before her eyes. Rennal shut her eyes tightly pushing back the thoughts as she began to feel the blood dripping from palm as her nails dug in to her tight grip around the axe. This kill would have to be brutal and bloody to satisfy her rage as well as fulfill her first task as the Grim. She would be waiting in the shadows for the perfect moment.

Rennal sat high in the tree, her legs tangled around the branch perfectly balancing her. She watched the horizon through the shade of the tree created by the early morning; he would be coming over that hill, following the path and acting like a boastful crazed fool from his latest conquest and assignment with his leader.
She had tracked him for months now, ever since she had gotten word he was still alive, she tracked him down and stalked him like pray learning the patterns, charting his events, preparing for the kill. Many times she had the perfect chance to end his life, but it was enough to simply end it. She had a statement to make to his superior; a loud meaningful message. She needed him in pareona, peering around each corner, scared at the sight of any shadow, looking over his shoulder and knowing his death was neigh and that he would suffer a possibly worse fate, and know exactly who by.
A cool breeze ran through the changing leaves and her hair. Rennal hated the human lands, but it was ideal to be in the human lands, in his home land in his home. She looked down at the home below her a smile spread as she wiped the blood from her axe. The pieces where coming together now she just had to wait a bit longer for the sweet satisfaction of its completion. Time began to tick by ever slowly.

She was excited at the chance to take a break from the everyday tracking and preparation; she wanted so much to be hunting a wild Zahara for Harvest festival, it was her favorite time of year, When she could be surrounded food and grog, and Grag. He had offered to come with her, yet she felt it best if she completed this alone. She missed him, it was lonely many nights while tracking the human across the lands. She took a sips from the kodo hide water skin on her hip, a pleasant mixture of Blood Red ale and elven Sunkissed wine hit her lips the perfect reminder that her mixed breed was a sweet sensation rather then a bitter trick.
This event would be the completion of her first trial as a Grim. She looked down at her small bag and reached inside pulling of the small stone the Grim used for communication.
"Mornin' Grim" she spoke softly. She wasn't sure if anyone was even up at this hour, the sun just began to creep over head from its slumber. No one responded, did any one hear or were they simply not responding. She hadn't spent much time around the clan as she would of liked, as she was spending a lot of time tracking her pray. She hadn't gotten to know many people as of yet and she definitely hadn't made any "friends" either. She loaned her axe out when needed to kill humans, and she was pretty sure she was only seen at this point as the muscle. She laughed to her self at that thought, she could kill any of the lot in a split second, but that wasn't her intent. She desired a home, a place to rest her head with out worry and with out judgement.
A branched snapped quickly drawing her out of her thoughts. A simple bird perched on the branch above her, she shooed it away and returned her gaze to the horizon, just in time to see her pray break the hill top and make his way down the path to his dear home. Rennal snarled her tusks showing through her grin as she thought on what lay down below in the home for her unsuspecting target.
Her mind flashed back when she saw his face; 23 years later and the man who held her with a knife to her throat making her watch as his commander raped a mutilated her mother to death, seems to of hardly aged minus some pepper in the hair and some lines around the eyes. She took deep breaths, trying to calm herself from letting the blood rage take over to soon. The man made his way down the path and to the home, a foolish grin on his face as Rennal imaged her was returning home to his very young wife after just returning from another rape and death of another horde member. She began to move from her perch lightly falling to the roof top and waiting.
The screams came and her unsuspecting target had no doubt found his prize a waiting inside the house. She pictured his face as his eye spotted the first of the blood. She was proud of her art work, she flayed his precious bride dragged her entrails trough the house covered each inch of the house in her blood then removed her head and placed it neatly on the front table.
Her target as if on que came running out of the house into the yard where Rennal was waiting for him from the roof.

"Sargent at arms Gerard Melton, Right hand man to First Lieutenant Norwin Twynam" she bellowed as he ran into view. She stood as she spoke, gripping her axe tightly trying not to react in haste or become to proud of the look on his face. She hoped off the roof landing firmly on her feet and not missing a beat as she began walking to the man who was slowly trying to back up. "Today is a day twenty plus years in the making, human" with each step she closed the space between them. "Today is the day you pay for your crimes, your deeds against me, your acts towards my kin and my people, but above all else, for the crime you help your commander commit against me, and my mother...."
The man tried to speak but only could mumble in terror, and Rennal stood in front of her, towering over him, and her shadow engulfing him in darkness while the area around him shined with the heat of the sun. He shook with fear as Rennal gripped her fathers axe tightly and rose it above his head slowly. There would be no quick death for this man, he would die slowly and painfully. He raided his hand above above his face in an pointless attempt to block her axe as Rennal brought it down slicing him from right shoulder to left hip. Gerard screamed the sound echoing through the little valley, blood began to ooze from the wound as he fell to the ground. Rennal carefully dragged him back to the house as to not spill any blood on the earth, she threw him down on the table next to the head of his wife and exploded into a blood rage to begin her fun. She began repeating the same dissection she had on his wife, slicing him slowly and peeling away flesh as he could only watch paralyzed.
"You made me watch; so I can only offer the same and let you watch while i kill you" she snarled "its the least i can do" she laughed. Rennal dragged a finger through the blood spilling onto the table with her free hand and began to scribble some words on the clean space. " I need to send a message, there is one more who needs to pay, one more who I will be paying a visit to." She dug her axe deep into the open wound wiggling it a bit making sure he felt the last few breaths. She felt his heart rate begin to slow as he started to fade. One last action she told her self, she raised her axe above her head and brought it down with all her force, removing his right arm. He screamed one last time as the arm fell to the floor and suddenly his heart beat stopped. He was dead but Rennal was not done, she finished flaying him, She removed his head placing it on the table next to the woman's. Before she decided she was done, she took a small dagger from her side, and made quick work of removing his reproductive parts, slamming on the table next to her written words. She surveyed her work and once she decided she was pleased with the look of her blood shed she pick up the arm from the floor and retreated to the door with one last look the words read "Your next, your crime is to be paid" in Gerards blood.

Rennal patted her way to the river in front of the home and cleaned her self and blade of the mans blood, no need to look like a beast she thought to herself. She pulled out the Grim stone again as she whistled for her awaiting wolf.
"Grim my task is done, I have a gift of my firs trial" she spoke softly in the stone, the replies came, now everyone was awake.
"Whatat?" " A gift?" a few familiar voices chimed

Rennal smiled the arm firm in her grasp "Aye, Who would like to meet to receive it" she seemed. Atticus reply came quickly across

" Ye will have to meet with Syreena" he reminded her

She checked the sun over head and recalled the distance she would have to travel back
"Very well, I am far; I will begin my journey home.." She mounted her wolf and replaced the stone in her bag. 'Home' she mused, how easily she though of the Grim as home.

Syreena received a blood-splattered letter from Rennal about a gift of proof the half-orc wanted to give to her. The little rogue sent a note in reply, saying she'd make herself available tonight. She wondered what token Rennal would present her with.
