This could have a serious impact on our quality of games. Vivendi was originally talking about just defunding the company until the stock was affordable to prospects which would have been even worse for us gamers.

and they are apparently hiding money from the US authorities. I knew that they didn't pay US taxes for earnings overseas but I didn't realize that they went this far!
