Need new mouse

Thinking of getting a razor naga mouse. Does anyone own one and/or have any input on the matter . Like or dislike, I love all input.

I know Ryanica liked hers at one point. I couldn't see myself using one, my thumb isn't clever enough.

I have one and love it. You have 1-12 number keys to use from the mouse itself. Allows me to do far more then I could with a normal mouse. It is great when combined with Healbot for healing or just dpsing in general.

My thumb is just smarter then Greebo's.

The razer Imperator is a nice sturdy mouse, especially if it happens to fit your hand well. I couldn't see myself being able to use the Naga well.

I use the Imperator also. I just don't understand how you could get your thumb to differentiate between that many keys.

It took me about 3 or so days of playing to gain muscle memory. After that it was good to go.

I use a Razr Naga (the blue one with 12 buttons on the side). I can very highly recommend this for any PvPer. It DOES take some real time to get used to - plan for a week of sloppy play (well, sloppier than normal for you, Tugs!) until your thumb gets used to the feel. I had been using a Logitech G9 Lazer which is a much heavier, wider, and solid feeling mouse, so it was a very big switch for me. Please note that I have very large hands and can still use the Naga decently. My rotation abilities are still bound to my keyboard (Logitech G11) but most of my 1 minute + cooldowns are on the Naga.

I seem to be the opposite of most gamers. I use my mouse for moving/straffing/voice activating and my keyboard for my abilities. I mean .. the keyboard has tons of keys so I don't need smaller buttons on a mouse. :) The only downside to moving with mouse is if you need to throw down reticles while moving you need to be quick to pick up your movement again.

Not sure if you already purchased one or not. If you have a healthy budget then I suggest both the CoolerMaster Sentinel for it's badass factor or the MMO R.A.T. mouse for features.

The R.A.T is good, it's adjustable in ways that can really rock.

I require a center mount trackball. I use this one, and my oldest one's been working for thirteen years:

I am biased, though. I use all Logitech gear where I can.

I'm a Logitech fan myself. I was considering getting a Razor the next time I needed a new mouse, but then I read about how their new software requires an always-on internet connection. For a mouse.

Yeah, no thanks.
