(IC) What is your class in life? Why did you choose to follow this class?
Mage. I always had the desire for knowledge, and magic just seemed to suit me. I noticed i had the power at a very young age and I have studied it ever since. My passion for knowledge only growing deeper.
(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?
125 at the moment.
(IC) What drives you in life? How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
I strive to be the best that I can be. In all aspects of my life. I believe that the grim could use someone with a history like mine, the knowledge that i hold, someone working with the magi of dalaran. I bring a great deal of dedication with me as well. I am, have been, and can be a strong leader, and representative of the peoples. I organize events, am wonderful PR, and I have sophistication and people skills to boot.
(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
I was Guild Leader of the order of the violet dagger. I ran my guild for several years, Slowly our numbers started to wain. Most people leaving to go and fight Arthas. I understood why, I too would have taken the battle to him myself had I been able. The magi kept me locked up in a tower studying the arcane, learning the next moves of the litch king and his armies. They left me to do all the paper work. Never letting me flex my true arcane abilities.
(IC) What are your thoughts of the new direction the Horde has taken since the Cataclysm?
Firstly, I can say that I am not too sure if I take liking to Garosh... Warchief he may be, but he is still young. He makes too rash decisions. Only time will tell the fate of the horde.
(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?
That works perfectly for me. I generally tend to try (at least on wistearia) to stay in character constantly. Wistearia is never OOC if I can help it. unlike Tekk (my main) who tends to walk the boarder a bit.
(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by a structure with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. Does this definition conflict with how you want to play your character? If it does, how do you expect to handle the conflict with other members?
Wistearia has liven her entire life trying to do the good thing. She is over a century old, she worked during the second war studying the orcs in the internment camps, she has always done what she was told. She has always tried to live life to be non violent. Look where it has gotten her, pushing papers behind a violet eye locked in a mage tower reading books. She is sick of doing the studying. Sick of analyzing data, Its time now for her to make a change in this world, not herself. time to step outside the comfort zone and meet this war head on and full of fire!
(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
I have done RP in DnD, Masquerade, and WoW. I would say I'm no beginner but as far as lore I'm still a bit of a spring chicken.
(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently? If so, what was your previous server and/or in-game name?
nope.
(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
well considering that my main is already in, as far as Wistearia is concerned I would hope that she gets more RP, more social networking. I would like to have her aid the grim in dungeons and possibly PvP. Mainly I would like to get her in for RP. I love to RP on wis but often don't get the opportunity.
