Ok. I'm going to do the Mandate March before scheduled PvP events every week. To be more specific, every Wed and Sun I will plan to do this. On Sunday when we have our patrols I plan to change the wording in order to recruit more people for the Patrol. Who knows, maybe people start looking for the Grim Mandate March on Sundays so they can join our patrols.
I figure each person will take a portion of the mandate and repeat it in order. That means that if its Me, Cristok, Leyujin and Deminthus that we would each probably get about 2 blocks of text to paste (or macro if you aren't Cristok).
When we've completed the mandate we all yell in unison: Peace through annihilation. I will create a calendar event when I get home.

We marched upon the Orcish capitol and repeated the mandate. Two different minions were able to witness the event.

I cannot lead a march today as the spirits simply will not allow it.
