A Simple Scroll of Parchment

Unread post by Alakkul »

Arriving amongst other letters the scroll's only noteworthy feature is the blood red string tying it together. The scroll crinkles as it is unrolled, much like the sound of breaking bones, revealing blood red text inside. Upon further inspection the text seems to be scrawled out in blood using a fairly large finger.

'Ello mon,

I be seekin a place to make a name for me an' ma blade. I 'ere stories of Te Grim an' be tinkin it's a good place ta do it. Ya been seein me around from time ta time. I don't ask for notin but a chance. I know 'onor an' loyalty. I will fight till ma last breath.

Alak'kul would find a note sent back to him, written in painstakingly careful Orcish and stamped with the seal of the Inquisition.

"Alak'kul,

Your presence was noted at our last gathering of the Inquisition. Make your presence known once more this coming Monday, at 8:30 by the Goblin clock. Perhaps your talents and views on the world will prove useful to the Mandate and further its work.

-Inquisitor Ruuki the Reborn"

The red haired priestess had read the application sent in by Alak'kul earlier - even before Ruuki penned her neat reply. Now the note was left upon the Grim board for all to see and provide commentary on, as seems to be custom within the Grim.

Lilliana came up behind Ulrezaj when he was reading the note. She listened to his particular commentary then she skipped down the hall with the souleater as he returned to his study.

"Hey, hey, you know he's Sandfury? Well, Farraki now, but same deal, same thing....huh....did ya know didyadidya?" She bothers Ulrezaj as he attempts to retreat.
