Help!! (Keyboard I MIGHT get need suggestions)

Yeah from what I understand I can use the "G" keys as extra buttons and then not have to press all those key combinations like you all mentioned...I can remember where a key is...but ask me to remember to hit SHFT/CTRL/ALT and THEN that key...that's where I get confused..
