Eldaeron's Trial of Resolve (Continued)

Unread post by Eldaeron »

Having had council with Greebo, I have fulfilled the requirements for the Trial of Resolve. Our discussion evolved into a fairly civil debate regarding our opposing philosophies. He spoke with conviction, but I remain unmoved in my resolve. With that said, I profess that I would rather make the gravest of errors than to surrender my own will and judgment to an all-binding creed lacking logic and fidelity. Many of the Grim’s inner-circle have referred to The Mandate as “the truth.” I contend that The Mandate could not be farther from it. Fact: collaboration between The Horde and Alliance led to the defeat of the Dread Lord of Icecrown. Fact: Through concerted efforts, The Horde and Alliance were able to defy the will of the Worldbreaker. Fact: with aid from the Alliance, The Horde liberated Orgrimmar and thwarted Hellscream’s mad ambition to ascend to godhood. I take my leave, but know this … the eyes of the true Horde are upon you!

Ah hav anotha fact fo' joo: in da end, it will be da Alliance dat slays da Horde, down ta da las' women, mon, an' child. Not da wretched Lich King. Not da Sunderer. Not da traitahs in our midst. Der be only one threat dat kin break da Horde, an' joo hav turned joo back on it.

We will not. We will be vigilant ta da troo threat. An' in time, joo will tank us fo' it, o' lie slain beneath da blades o' da only foes wut mattah in da end.

Go in Peace, Eldaeron.
