Kogrona's Battle Report (First Trial)

*A small package has arrived at the Grim's headquarters, a box complete with a label addressed to the Inquisitor and an attached letter marked as "Battle Report."*
I'm not much for those Goblin picture taker device things. Personally, when I see an opportunity for a perfect photo shot, it's also a perfect opportunity to stab 'em. I go for the stabbing. I'm workin' on multitasking. And taking a shot after a good kill. Anyway, I was with the rest of the Grim, so I think my story can be verified. Well, most of it.
When we went into Arathi Basin, we were split into two "fists". I was with the Orc (Borghul, I think?) and the cat-Tauren. Everyone else was in the other fist. In the first battle, we got pushed back out. I don't wanna talk about that one. Well, outside of how amazing I did in killing Alliance. I got quite a few kills, mostly while backing up the Fist I was assigned to. Borghul and I murdered a few people. We kept stabbing and slashing and slicing and dicing! And Borghul threw out some spells, I guess. But it wasn't enough to give us a victory. The Alliance just kept coming, and took control of most of the strategic positions.
In our subsequent battles, we pushed the Alliance back hard. The other fist had the greater initial victory, but I think that's because they had the bigger fist. My fist was victorious, but it was a long battle.
When that was over, we had one final push into the Basin, combining our fists to smash the Alliance into the dirt. And that's the battle I wanna talk about. I went in hopin' for big things, ya know? I wanted to kill so many Alliance, I wanted to capture strategic points and resources, I wanted to be everywhere at once! But, uh, it didn't quite happen that way.
We needed a guard at the farm. So I stayed behind and stuck to the shadows. I didn't see much action, the rest of the Grim handled most of that. It was brutal, to my understanding. The Alliance didn't stand much of a chance.
The only real action that I saw was this one Night Elf rogue that kept tryin' to catch me off guard. The first time he tried, I had some help come in to drive him off. The second time he tried, it was just between him and me. And he didn't get to run that time. It was a great fight, but he couldn't match my natural stamina, speed, and resourcefulness. I sliced through his belly at the end, and then he was just standing there holding his guts in his hands. I think he was trying to put 'em back in before he died.
And that's about it. The battle was over shortly afterward, with the Alliance on full retreat, making for a decisive victory for both the Grim and the Horde. I wish I could've been there as the rest of the Grim smashed through their lines, but sometimes the more important thing is to stay where you are needed most. That's what I did then, and I'd do it again. It was exhilarating to be a part of such an effective fighting force, and I look forward to being able to continue to use (And improve!) my skills for the Grim.
Oh, someone told me about how supplicants of the Grim are supposed to send in proof of deeds and the like. So enclosed are a few of the Elf's digits. Mostly just fingers, but I threw in something else as a surprise! It sorta came out when I cut him open, and I'm not really sure what it is (Sure is smelly), but I figure the higher ups would like it. Can't get much better proof of demise than that!
They're all inside the box. Enjoy!
*As per the norm with Kogrona's letters, there is a small note on the back, near the top left corner of the page, hastily written and only just legible.*
Do yourselves a favor. Don't open the box.
