After interviewing a few members of the Grim, who have reached the rank Adherent and above, I have documented and now publishing a report of their view towards the mandate. The confessions are written below.

Ashenfury: The mandate to me means that I am a warrior bringing peace through annihilation to azeroth, every corner and beyond if the Enforcer wills it.

Byrii: The mandate means to me... pushing forward with new and old grim teaching them the true way of obtaining peace if sacrifices need to be made. even if that means the lives of the grim and mine to achieve others goals and dreams.

Jezri: The mandate, ta me, be like a brothahood, mon. It code for life an death.Yah live by dah sword, ya die by da sword if ya will.It be da only way to live, da only one dat make sense. It be dah survival of de fittest.

Anaie: Well I suppose it means what it is supposed to mean, de annihilation of everything that opposed our path and desire. But for me, it was a way to fight beside my sister and avenge what I thought was her death, now we use it to kill and destroy what we please.

Hokuto: The mandate is our guideline, our code. We wage war on the alliance and any other fores that seek to stand against the horde war machine.I, like you, and simply just another tool of our bloody trade. We seek peace through annihilation, it is our motto, yes, but it is also our action. Though if you ask me, there will never be peace. Which is just fine. That means we will have more to annihilate.
