Giving his grey camel a final pat, the large Tauren slides off his mount with a thump as his hooves strike the soft ground. The dirt under his feet puffs from the impact and gives his armor another unneeded coat before he strides towards his home.
Pulling aside the heavy hide sheltering the doorway, the Tauren sidesteps into the abode and drops the hide to plunge him into darkness. He waits for his eyes to adjust, though he knows the layout rather well.
Many Warriors decorate their homes with armor and weapons of import to them, and this home has little different. A few swords and axes sit in a rack against the wall, a shield mounted just above it, all showing some signs of use, though none recent. across the room a work place with many herbs and mixtures scattered about in some random organized fashion that he barely understood. And yet another table near the center of the home held a few maps and remnants of meals past. Far in the back, a bed rests, currently in use by a Siamese cat curled up in comfort, the eyes slowly open to peer at the new arrival before it pulls herself from sleep and stretches, giving off a strange mew as it yawns and hopes down to greet her minion.
Pulling his large sword off his back and resting it against the weapons rack with the rest, Guduk grunts at the display and begins to remove his armor. A quick glance to the work bench with herbs causes a soft sigh to escape the Tauren warrior as thoughts run through his head. Jarnsaxa likely having gone to see her family again.
With a thump, the Siamese cat launches into the common greeting of the felines, throwing her body sideways into Guduk's legs to rub and purr and rub again before slinking off towards where food would usually be found before sitting and waiting, staring back at Guduk as if demanding sustenance. Guduk lets his armor pile up near the door as he removes piece by piece, slowly, gingerly, rolling his shoulders as muscles complain and ache to the sudden free movement granted. The Tauren sighs and slowly trudges over to provide his feline master her food before he finds himself a seat his tail flicking slightly as he looks down at his calloused hands.
Too many aching limbs, to many complaining muscles...
