Boredom... it's like a disease. ((Open to anyone :) ))
Reezzy sniffed the air slightly and made a face, something was off. She looked around and even set her large white sabercat off to investigate. Her body stealthily moved around one of the many large trunked trees still left in Ashenvale. Her eyes scanning and ears listening. Her cat returned, alerting her that there was someone. But not someone to be afraid of. Or at least for now. Reezzy nodded then began to climb the tree, nails digging into the wood as her cat seemed to vanish. Soon she positioned herself up on a branch, hiding amongst the leaves and looked at the ground below. She could feel her cat prowling around in the shadows, knowing that whatever it was, was drawing closer.

The leaves crumple under soft and agile paws. A white wolf saunters into view tracking a target in the distance. He goes left around the trunk of Reezy's tree. Behind it she hears twigs snapping as a similar but obviously oblivious wolf goes around the right side of the tree trunk then stops abruptly at the base and plants it's haunch.
The wolf with sharp eyes and attentive senses continues on and out of sight. You hear the clumsy wolf panting almost as if laughing with a large string of drool dripping from his lolling tongue. You notice his eyes begin to look in opposite directions and a goofy look settles on his face.

She watches the wolf and lofts a brow, clearly confused by the... doofus look on his face. She giggles gently as she mentally signals to her cat to watch the wolf closely. Carefully and slowly she descends the tree, landing as quietly as possible. Something was off with this... wolf. Time to investigate.

As Reezy's feet touch the ground the wolf's tail subtly twitches, almost unnoticed. He continues to pant.

Her cat, at this point, had been perched on a branch, eyes intently staring down at the wolf. Her body still invisible to most of those around her and muscles rippling as she kept herself steady.
Reezzy was almost upon the wolf, crossbow drawn and a bolt placed in the groove with the string pulled taut back, ready to shoot.
Her mind began to speak, trying to grasp the wolfs mind. She spoke gently and calmly, asking him what he was doing and if he was truly a wolf or something else. But she felt something beneath it. Something was definitely off about this wolf. Thing.

** Reezy concentrates on the wolf's thoughts: **
'Tracking tracking tracking, what's that smell? Durka durka durk... oh yeah tracking tracking tracking... new scents? Old or new scent, sniff, sniff. SQUIRELL! Old scent or new?'
** A booming Orcish conscience touches the wolve's. Since Reezy was in the middle of plucking the thoughts of the wolf she was also able to eavesdrop on the back and forth. It seems that both the wolf and the Orc are so feral that words are not used. As she probes the silent communication she gets a brief scent of a campfire and a pack like urge forcing the wolf to covertly pursue the smell... it seems the wolf was in the middle of tracking someone when he caught your scent. **

She rubs at her temples a moment after breaking the connection and blinks, wondering what the hell was going on. She sends out a mental message to her cat, telling her to pull back. The cat complies, appearing at Reezzy's side shortly after. The cat is now visible to any who look upon her shimmery white pelt.
"Well... lets do a bit of... tracking." She pets the cats forehead a moment then hops onto her back.
The pair silently watch and wait, a few trees behind the wolf.

The wolf perks it's ears, rolls up it's long tongue, stops panting and raises it's haunch all in one fluid motion. It then continues further down the path following the other wolf. It seems they were just passing through on an errand for their master.

Lofts a brow once more, following the two now, wondering who these wolves were and what they had been doing. Curiosity always got the better of her. She sent a mental message to cat, telling her to pick up the pace and the fearsome white lioness did, her stride elongating as they began to approach the wolves more quickly.

Ashenfury sat relaxed in his spirit wolf form. His nose twitched as he smelled a familiar scent. He turned his eyes and saw Knithawk just in time to get pet by his bony hand. Ashenfury bared his teeth to inform Knithawk that he was in danger of getting one of his more important bones buried somewhere, possibly a femur... as Ashenfury pondered the choicest bone to bury another scent wafted up his nostrils. His eyes flared open as he realized that this was the same scent that his wolves had reported discovering and then being followed by!
Ashenfury then followed the trail which was nearby enough to be amongst the Grim. His nose to the ground sniffing left and right he nearly ran into the large lioness. No doubt that this was the scent his wolves had been curious about... He saw that this lioness was a mortal beast enslaved by a small goblin.
The Shaman nonchalantly walked over to his spot amongst the circle and sat back down. Very quietly he summoned his feral spirit wolf pack and a pair of wolves appeared. They openly stalked over to the Lioness' master and for the first time in ages were tasked with following a Supplicant that was not a potential meal.

Reezzy grinned as she watched the ghostly wolf walk right up to the pair, she leaned down over the shoulder of the great cat and sniffed him then made a slight face and sat upright once more. She scratched the spot between the lioness' ears as the pair watched him retreat and summon the wolves once more. Her eyes brightened in interest as she examined them once they got closer, mumbling stuff about them. The lioness seemed bored with the whole situation and sat back on her haunches, causing Reezzy to tumble off who then righted herself and glared at her companion.
"Rude!" she squealed and the lioness opened her mouth as if to smile then closed it.
Reezzy dusted herself off and proceeded to follow the... shaman? to where he was.
"Oh hello, um... fellow Grim." she said happily, feeling the buzzing coming off her comm unit from being close to a fellow member.
Her lioness had followed her, snapping her massive jaws now and then at the wolves, as if to say "nyah nyah you can't touch me."

Ashenfury being absolutely shocked at being approached reverted to instinctual Orcish rage when greeted. The form of the ghost wolfed Shaman expanded and then exploded into blue wisps as spirits left the Shaman with child like giggling. As soon as Reezy locked eyes with the humanoid Shaman he threw is arms out and his head back and bellowed a massive drawn out roar.
As he did so the two wolves came to his side with their heads down at hearing their master's roar. It seems this goblin is either fool hearty or ignorant to surprise him so. He looked at the Supplicant and reminded her, 'You are member of our pack but you have yet to prove yourself as Grim, Supplicant.". With that said he began to walk slow counterclockwise circles around the goblin while his wolves simultaneously walked around her clockwise. As he did so he began chanting his Shamanistic Astral Recall and disappeared with a sound of the ocean slamming against the cliffs and a sudden crack of thunder.
The wolves continued to circle while they slowly faded from sight. The wolf with sharp eyes faded completely. When he did so the goofy one stopped in front of Reezy, unrolled his tongue, started panting and allowed his eyes to relax into their humorous and goofy look before he himself disappeared as well.

Reezzy glared as her hands moved to her hips.
"My rear end, shaman." She growled at him right as he disappeared.
She sighed and looked around then clambered up onto the large sabercats back and look around once more.
"Let's go... That was boring," she grumbled.
The cat quickly, turned and ran back off the way they had come, heading to where Reezzy's home was hidden in one of the tallest trees.

Knithawk soars through the sky in the form of the sandstone drake, headed to the halls of the Grim to look over some paperwork. On his decent he spies that smelly orc Ashenfury, smoking on a pipe with the finest of the gnomish herbs loaded. 'That stank ass shaman has gagged me with his 'musk' for the last time!' he thought. Knithawk lands just out of view of Ash when he summons his water elemental.
"We're gonna creep up on him" he tells his elemental. "Then I'll freeze his ass to that bench he's sittin' on while you hose em down. Got it?"
The elemental nods.
Knithawk casts his invisibility spell and the two of them make their way to the shaman ever so stealthy when they see a goblin walk out of the front door.

"Never mind that little green thing, stick to the plan!" Knithawk whispers to the water elemental.
The two of them get just within range of the mages frost magic. Knithawk chants a few short words and with a snap of his left wrist, he binds the shamans feet to the ground with a nova of frost. The elemental begins charging, absorbing moisture from the air itself.
"YOUR FEMUR IS MINE YOU ROTTED BAG OF BONES!!!" The orc yells, just as the bolt of water blasts his entire body, saturating him and wiping the musky scent he had been working so hard on completely away.
It was mating season for the Orcs, and building a musk for the females is VERY important to a male Orc. Especially this one. Not having the chance at mating last season. Northrend was so cold, no orcs really even thought about building a musk, much less mating.
With rage growing in his eyes, Ashenfury takes the form of a vicious wolf, breaks away from the ice that bound him, and goes into a dead sprint toward the undead. A string of drool stretching from his razor sharp fangs to the middle of his torso, and growing with every step.
The beast stretches his jaws wider than ever before, now just inches away from the mages left femur. Ash snaps his fangs together shattering Knithawks leg bone as he clinches his jaws stronger than ever before.
The wolf blacked out in an insane rage. Tearing, ripping and shredding. Thinking about how hard he had been working on what this mage just washed away. For he had been building on this same musk for several calendar months. And the females! He had just met one he was particularly interested in, and thought maybe she felt the same. The two were supposed to meet for drinks at the tavern tomorrow evening!
But the shamans thoughts got into the ways of strategy this time. And who can blame the poor guy. When Ashenfury finally came to and realized he was chewing on was the leg of one of Littlemiss's pets, Knithawk was every bit of thirty yards behind him, chanting a Polymorph spell.
Ashenfurys Razor sharp fangs had become flat. His tail curved up. Snout sunk in. His weight, dropped tremendously. He tried to growl but what came out was an 'ooh ooh eeh eeh'. He was now a monkey.
Knithawk approached him, and knelt down beside him. The mage pulls a banana from his satchel, peels it and hands it to the eager primate. "When your through monkeying around there is work to be done, inquisitor." Knithawk tells Ashenfury as he scratches behind the cute little monkey ears.
