Grim Views

I must says that Orcish is a new language for me and have only learn it in the past few weeks so I must apogees for any misunderstanding that this may make.

I guess I should start with a introducing my self. My name is Gurthoira a Sin'Dorei Blood Knight and Seeker of the Ars Mortis

Now that that is done I should first talk about what I know of the grim and how I came to know of it. I was doing some research in are liberty when I came across a book. Gungorr’s guide to demons after read this so called guide of which only a few copies where ever made I was left with the feeling that he may be mad. However I have learn never to discount anything till you learn more and some of the point may be accurate as no one true know how demon came to be. I have discounted after conversing with him about his sources most if not all of his finding. he told my of his dealing with the grim. I had hear of the grim before this I know they are fear by those who appose them and some by some who do not. I know that the grim would be interested in what I was seeking the Ars Mortis.

Now before I go into what that is I will go over how I started my research I had note that we where facing the same enemy more then one time. Even thou most people of other races then to look the same it become hard to miss once you open your eye also there where times when I myself thought I would die only to find my self in a place forerun to me a few hours later. I look in book to try to find some record of this however I could not have many that even inducting that it was happing. I searched for an answer and what I found confounded me.

To understand you the way I’m viewing this you we must first understand what I have come to find out what most people would call a soul. What I have observed it that it seems to be merely a collection of mana that is bound together by a common memory of what it is. To site this I for one will tell you the fact that I have been able to accuse a much greater amount of mana from a subject if they are dieing at the moment of feeding. Also the effect that warlock can pull off with soul shards suggest that they are just merely items of concentrated mana. More so then even then mana gems of mages.

I do know that soul do seem to stop forming after a number of death however this number seems to have no reason as to when it will happen. Events that are tragic in nature seem to be more likely to leave soul that will not come back.

Based on the fact that it does not seem to appear on any of the history book I have seen I can only come to a few concisions.

1. This was a changed that happened when the moon well was destroyed. This affect seems logical as the moon well was said to have the power to extend life.
2. This has always been this way however death seems to happen a lot in the book I have seen so they must of have been a way to get around it. Spells perhaps
3. This has always been this way.
4. None of what I have listed is right

Now to explain what I seek the Ars Mortis. I seek to find a way to end a life on forever end a life. What I do know is that you can transform a soul into something else with ease like what happen to the Scourge. However souls of strong will are likely to revert at lest in part to the original form given time like what has happen to the Forsaken. Given that is know a soul is merely mana then you should be able to absorb the mana to destroy the soul. This is the first line I’m seeking to destroy a soul. it is my hope that I can find out how to harness the mana at death to not only insure that my enemies will never haunt me again but also use that mana to free me from the need to demon energy . also I must look for books in far off places to see if I can find anything that would shed some light on to this issue and perhaps a spell to insure death.

I need your help grim to kill many of your foes so that I may keep testing new things on them and find my answers. At the time I do no one will stand in the way of the grim or the Sin'Dorei. In return I will do what I can with my newfound power of the blood knight to insure that the process is as painless as possible for us and as painful as possible for are foes
