From the Desk of the High Inquisitor

The great desk in the office of the Inquisition has been cleared out, and the room smells far better than it had in weeks. Among the waiting stacks of parchment and quill, the sealing wax and the pile of letters yet to be read, there is a leather bound book, a blood red ribbon marking where it was last opened. The sigil of the Grim is burned into the front cover and stained with what most likely is blood.
Khorvis is gone. It is a bitter pill to swallow, to know that another great soldier and devotee to the Mandate is no longer with us. But there is no greater honor or glory than carrying on the work set before us by Maledictus. I have had the peons assist me in cleaning out the great desk, and I had hoped to find something to provide some sort of clue as to where he had gone. All I found was an uncomfortable amount of crudely drawn orc genitalia on rejected letters sent to us by hopeful Aspirants.
Now is not the time to let my thoughts be led astray. The Legion continues their invasion, and they are relentless. They taunt and tempt with promises of power, of longevity and infallibility, but we must not be swayed. We have had success against the disgustingly bloated satyr Xavius, but like other demons he has returned stronger. We will take him down again, and again if need be, and it will be the Grim who will continue to lead the charge in defending Azeroth.
I have already culled the list of Supplicants, weeding out those who have turned tail and fled like the cowards they are. Those who remain show potential, and have proven their talents in battle without fail. To find those few who are moldable in the ways of the Mandate, I will sift through the crap that comes this way. The Mad need us to guide them, whether they realize it or not. In time, they will see the truth.
I've still work to do. The Mandate beckons and I will always answer its call.
By my hand,
Ruuki the Reborn
High Inquisitor of the Grim
