When I was assigned my Trial of Resolve, I was ultimately required to talk to three people. Wrooth, Gazreeth, and lastly, Syreena. In this open letter, I will discuss my findings and revelations about The Mandate, encompassing The Grim as a whole.
Wrooth: When I had set up an interview with Wrooth, she had seemed very vague about answering anything I needed to know. Perhaps she was in a hurry perhaps I was asking vague questions, or perhaps she was urging me to dig deeper on my own to find the answers I was seeking. She spoke to me only about the many leaders of The Grim, of which I vaguely recall. Malkhevik, Abric, Syreena, and Awatu? I may be missing one or two, and the order my be off, but from what I observed, that is not what matters, as Gazreeth later said. What I took from her vague discussion of The Grim's leaders was that leading The Grim is not an easy job, and with that, people have been promoted to being the leader, while the other steps down, and despite all the new and interesting things that a fresh Commander brings about, The Mandate still holds true, and The Grim still glued together, unbreakable. Peace Through Annihilation!
Gazreeth: Gazreeth, much like Wrooth, was very short with me. What made him stand apart from the others though, is he told me like it is. He sugarcoated nothing, and he very bluntly told me the things I needed to know. What it means to be Grim. He was the one who told me that it didn't matter who the leaders were, all that mattered was The Mandate and keeping it true. There isn't much to say about Gazreeth, as he was very blunt, but essentially, he said, "Kill all those who disagree with The Mandate." And that is something I heartily agree with. Peace Through Annihilation!
Syreena: Lastly, Syreena. She was very detailed in the Interview with her. I learned a great deal from her, and she made me learn a lot about myself. Without The Light in my life anymore, due to me leaving it after being forsaken by it, have no distinguishable purpose in my life. The main inspiration, or driving force behind a lot of what other people do is religion, and while she and I don't have one, we both agreed that The Mandate, and what it means, summed up in a simple word is "Purpose". The Mandate acts as our religion, our driving force for creating perfections in our imperfect world. Peace Through Annihilation!
