Corruption and it's drastic effects!

Several months ago there was a corruption running through The Grim. Gaz was frantically trying to get people to listen to him about it. There were many who thought these to be ramblings of an insane goblin. Not too far from the truth, however there actually was a corruption.

Khorvis had been consumed by something. He went on a rampage, killing innocents, this didn't bother Gaz so much, however it was the reason Khorvis had done it that did. You see Gaz doesn't care for the living, they are going to die anyway, Khorvis did kill some immortals but they were mostly rotten. Since Khorvis was killing against his own will The Grim thought it best to capture and "cure" him.

Gaz having suffered from his own corruption, not the fact that he was a Death Knight, but the fact that he thought he lived with himself inside his own head. Felt the best way to cure the corruption was to simply kill Khorvis. Let's be honest he was going to die in a few years if the battles didn't get him first. So what was the big deal? Well apparently to SOME people killing him wasn't the right course of action, and since most of those people could step on Gaz, and since he is not a fan of being stepped on he decided to search Grim hall for any signs of what caused this, perhaps maybe it would fully cure him, probably not since Gaz's corruption was in his head. Which is a wonderful place to be.

So where we? Oh, that's right! Gaz was searching, well he searched high, literally, he got a step ladder and began checking above every cupboard. There was nothing there. Well since he had check all the high places he could think of he decided to check the low, he found his way to the depths. Places only a goblin could fit. Ever wonder where certain members of Grim drop dead bodies? Well GOOD NEWS! that terrible stench is just from the supplicants bunks.

Underneath Grim hall is a treasure trove of bodies, body parts, and fluids. Just one problem, it's easy to get lost. As Gaz waded through the waste he felt oddly at home. He was surrounded by death. He began to wander and forgot why he was down there. When he decided it was time to get out he went back to where he came from and realized that he wasn't tall enough to get out of the hole he had climbed down. This posed a problem for him. However goblins being ever so brilliant knew that if there only some way he could make himself taller he would be able to get out. WAIT! He figured it out, people ladder! People ladders have always been a staple at GAZCO.

He began to make his people ladder, the only issue, too many gnomes not enough of the tall ones. He heard footsteps above but did no recognize the voices, perhaps they were seeking to keep him down there. He didn't want to give away his position. Knowing he had the upper hand, and immortality, he decided to build slowly. Occasionally new bodies would be dropped. Days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months. FINALLY! I had, er HE had what he needed to get out of there. After climbing out of the darkest recesses of the his new home, he decided it was time for a shower. However the Grim hall was unusually empty. There was an inquisition, perfect! The trolls room always smelled nice and always had soap...
