Brast: the Beast
Re: Grim Trials of Brast
Ruuki had sort of expected that the promotion to Inquisitor would bring its fair share of surprises. This, however, was one she had not anticipated. She looked around at the mess left in her usually neat room, feeling a sense of violation, almost. This was her private retreat, where she rarely invited anyone. Was this a threat? Some ominous promise of what could befall her? She glanced around, cleaning up bits of gore and entrail, trying to discern who its owner had been. When she saw the human head peeking with a look of surprise from where her armor normally stood she couldn't help but laugh a little.
It was the color of fur on her blankets that clued her in to who her visitor had been. She shook out the blanket with a hard snap, and was immediately rewarded with a flurry of cat fur, setting her into a sneezing fit.
"Earthmother's tit he left me a mess... and none of my Supplicants are on my bad list so I don't feel right asking them to clean this up for me." She sighed, careful to not run a blood and who knew what else covered hand over her face like she was wont to do. "I bet Lilly's got a worse mess, since she's in charge of him." The only thing she could think to do besides give her approval of his work was to find Sunderpalm and get him to fashion some new mane-trinkets for the big beast out of the present he left for her.

Re: Grim Trials of Brast
The priestess didn't always stay within her room at night, for often she was out gallivanting around as little priests often do. Due to her carefree nature, it was a couple days before she actually returned to her room. She noted a few grumblings from other Grims regarding a particular smell that was drifting with some nasty determination from the hall. Lilliana grimaced. She didn't like smells, although considering that she was a troll she was hardy enough regarding the smell of death. And this most certainly had the smell of death about it. Who the hell had left something in their room to die? She would never have guessed it was her bedroom.
When Lilliana opened the door to her quarters she could have gagged upon the almost visible puff of dank, dead air that greeted her. What happened next with the expression on her face would have been more than priceless for anyone to see, for her eyes nearly popped out of her head.
"What....the.....f%$#?" She asks to the rotting entrails and pieces of human that litter her bed that she had left neatly made (but now lay in disarray from a kitty flopping around in it) and nearly every part of her domain. Her books are saturated with flesh, her desk is littered with intestine, the floor has random fingers and toes dotted here and there. And the heads. Now those were disturbing. There were only four, but each decapitated human head lay staring at her, tongues swollen and extended far from their lips now in death.
It was at this moment that Filora picked to walk along down the hall. She peered into Lilliana's room, brushing the troll aside. "You have issues. Hoarder." And the elf snickered on her way out in smug arrogance over Lilliana's apparent insanity.
Lilliana took one more look at her quarters and just walked out. Screw that, she's staying in someone else's room tonight!
It was later that evening that she was found busting up laughing when she heard that Ruuki had experienced the same fate. Brast had done a rather good job with his very first trial with earning the title of Manslayer against the worthless alliance. Lilliana was proud that the strange feline version of the tauren druid had taken his first trial so seriously. Brast would now be ready to move on to his second trial.

Re: Grim Trials of Brast
After speaking to Bjarnemon over the guild attunement stones, Lilliana goes to seek out Khorvis. When she finds him, she gets right to the point. And whenever she does find him...this is what she'll say.
"I made a booboo, Khorvis. I think Brast got his stupid ass cursed when he went to meow with Malhavik. Bjarnemon hasn't seen him since. Um. Yeah. It's like that."

Re: Grim Trials of Brast
(Poor poor Brast kitty!)
As if the troubles with her Supplicant Kyoukimaru hadn't been enough. Now she had found out that Brast was missing. She couldn't explain why she was upset about it, maybe because she had come to enjoy the idea of having a Grim 'pet' around, despite knowing he was a Horde being trapped under all that fur. Still, he was Grim, and they had to track him down before he unintentionally inflicted the curse onto someone else.

Re: Brast: the Beast
It was upsetting to hear that Brast had run off once more despite his time in Cobrak's care. The curse from Accalia was obviously doing a number on him, and upon Whazat's word that Brast had last been spotted in Mulgore, she volunteered to look from him. She was familiar with Mulgore, and the Stonetalon Mountains to the north.
After travelling by portal and hearthsteed, she found herself atop the tallest mountain looking around at the surrounding landscape. How many times had she ventured into these foothills as a youngblood under her father's training, to learn how to fight in even the harshest terrain. Those had been good times despite the sometimes painful results, and it brought a small smile despite the reason she was out here. She shook her head to clear the thoughts, then went back to work.
She moved from mountain to mountain for a few hours, tiring her winged mount in the process before she found her first sign of him. A Night Elf camp, possibly druids who wandered too far from the ruined Tal'Darah Grove, but it was ransacked. She was careful to keep an eye out for trouble as she walked around the camp. There were a few Night Elves who didn't survive the assault, their bodies strewn among their books and artifacts. This fit the bill of a wild animal attack, all claws and teeth and blood sprayed in abstract patterns across the rust colored dirt. She made a note of the camp's location, then set out to meet up with Cobrak. He'd be more likely to know where to look from this spot.
