She stretches, yawning as the kinks of sleeping that night work their way out. It had been difficult times lately, being left to shoulder the burden of running the guild on her own...but she'd like to think progress was being made. As she sits down in front of her mirror, re-applying her usual makeup, she thinks for awhile of Chingaso's long silence, Chaindog's recent trade, and of the renewed fighting in Zul'Gurrub. Blasted Hakkar, only one left to strike down, and stubbornly refusing to be killed. Shrugging, she whispers "More than one way to skin a demented soulflayer."

Strapping on her light armor, she presses her thumb to the hearthstone's symbol, looking around as her room is bathed in a soft green light, then vanishes to be replaced by the warm, open inn of the Cenarian Hold. Closing her eyes, she breaths deeply, then sighs a bit. Smiling, her eyes open again as she looks around, calling out "Who ordered the Scorpid? It smells devine."

With mouth a gape, she watches as Lelenia literally pops into the room and breathes in deeply and asks a question. Chaindog finishes her mouthful of food and says in troll, "Over here." and gestures to a seat at the table.

Laughing softly, that half smile gracing her lips again, she sits down across from Chaindog, getting not a few odd glances from the other patrons. Nodding to the troll, she takes out her travel kit, spreading it out to the side a bit, then sketches two clocks, one large and one small. Glancing at the still-steaming bowl of food in front of Chaindog, she taps a finger on the smaller clock, and draws a question mark.

Chaindog looks down at the two circles and having no idea what they are, she shrugs. She twists in her chair and reaches into her pack that is hanging off the back of her chair.

She pulls out a little bundle wraped in soft deer hide. She unfolds the hide and reveals a little box with what looks like a curved cone sticking out of it. There are stains of blood that look only partially dried as if the device was recently acquired.

She pulls her leather necklace up and pulls pouch from between her bosum and empties it out into her palm. It's a little blue glowing ball.

She then opens a lid on the box and inserts the glowing ball into a holder in it. She closes the lid and pushes a button. The little box hums quietly and the glowing light peaks out from the edges of the little box. She then says, "Can you understand me?" The box then says something else that Chaindog can't understand though it sounded as if a goblin was speaking elven.

Her wolf under the table whines and covers her ears.

She blinks, looking down at the box that had just spoken to her. Leaning down, she peers at it, already trying to figure out how the little device works.

"Yes...though I think it would be best if we did this...elsewhere..."

Pointedly looking around at the few gaping faces, she picks up the travel kit, tucks it away, and stands up.

Chaindog stands, and gathers her equipment. She tosses the steak to her wolf who catches it in mid air. She turns off the device, she picks it up and then pauses. She grabs of the bowl Scorpid Scalops as well. She nods at Lelenia to lead on.

Smiling a bit at the hunter's efficiency, she nods as well, then heads out of the inn. Looking around, she smiles a bit, then looks back at Chaindog, pointing out to the east before leaning in, whispering "Un'Goro".

She takes a seat on the bench outside the inn and carefully packs up the device.

While, her wolf, finishes off the steak and eyes the bowl of Scorpid Scalops. She waits until Chaindog is focused on her back and she makes her move.

Chaindog suddenly hears the smacking of chops and turns to see her wolf gobbling her dinner. "Hey!" she says sharply and her wolf retreats with a scalop halfway in her mouth. Chaindog stands and readies her pack. She picks up the bowl, and eats a scalop. She looks down at her wolf and says, "That's my dinner, you little gnome lover." She mounts her raptor and continue eat while waiting for Lelenia.

Laughing a little as she watches the interaction, she tightens down the straps of her many pouches. Sighing a bit, she unties her tiger from the hitching post and mounts up, riding nimbly to the eastern gate leading out of Cenarian Hold. Waiting at the top of the rise, she breathes deep again, feeling at home once more.

Chaindog downs the last scalop and tosses the bowl to the tauren guard nearby and then follows Lelenia.

Sighing a little, her ears twitch as Chaindog catches up again. Curious that a mount wasn't called, she shrugs, lightly nudging her tiger's flanks, and heads east along the road. Just out of sigh of the Hold, she turns right, taking a little-used path that winds away to the south-east.

Kicking her mount into a gallop, she takes off down the path, quickly covering ground before pulling up in front of the ruined town of Southwind, the blowing sand and drone of the nearby hive covering them quite nicely. There, she dismounts, and sits lightly on the shifting dunes.

Chaindog follows, dismounts and sits across from the elf and digs out of her pack a sheet of parchment with some notes on it. She digs out the device and holds in her hand as she starts to speak. "Greetings and Salutations Lelenia. It is good we can talk now without playing games. As fun as it was it gets tiresome. You have been well I hope?"

She smiles a bit, giggling softly before responding.

"Hail and well met, Chaindog. Indeed I have been doing well lately, if more than a little busy, and the little interaction we had in the tower was deeply interesting. Shows with a little thought, we can communicate without anything so intricate as that little box you hold."
