Her eyes light up, she grins at the elf, and she delicately takes the quill.

She points to her nose then to Lelenia. She then draws a skeletal foot.

Chaindog points at her nose while she sniffs the air and points again at Lelenia. She shrugs then and draws a head with long ears on it. Then a double arrow between the foot and the head. She marks a few small question marks around both the skeletal foot and the head.

Then she draws another skeletal foot. Then a pair of elven feet but further apart in stride than the skeletal feet and notes the distance between them with arrows.

She then draws a short but broad arrow to an empty space of paper. The new drawing consists of a doorway and a drawing of the folds of a letter. Then draws a head with a set of fangs on it. She points at it on the sheet and says, "Chingaso" She then points at her nose again and sniffs, then at the letter and sniffs again, then at Chingaso and sniffs again.

Another short but broad arrow later. Her facial expression then turns into a sneer and she growls a little as she draws a skull. She stares at the skull and then draws a stick body on it. She looks at Lelenia, points at the skull and then hisses at the skull showing her loathing.

Next to the skull she draws some daggers pointing to a another head, this time with a feather. She points to herself and then draws an 'X' across the mouth of her own picture.

After another arrow, she draws a head with fangs, the letter, and an 'X' with wavey lines above it. After that, she puts the quill down and points to the elven tracks and then stands in front Lelenia and brushes her foot across the ground destroying the tracks she made in the dust while walking up the ramp.

She sits down again and points at the skull and hisses again.

She takes the quill again and on an empty area of the sheet, she draws a head with fangs and head with long ears. Then a few question marks around them and returns the quill to the ink bottle. She then points at Lelenia and then to the head with ears and shrugs.

She blinks a bit, watching the rather complicated set of drawings, then pauses, analyzing the way they were put down.

Picking up the quill, she points to the arrow between the skeletal foot and the elven head. Under the arrow, a semi-perfect circle with a spiraling pattern inside, small lines of power radiating outward. Under the head, an open eye, under the foot, a closed eye.

Looking at the next set, the feet, her eyebrows raise a bit.

"In Elistre's name, you noticed by my scent in the air and the distance between the paces? Impressive, to say the least."

The next one makes her blush slightly, and she sketches an elven face overlaying the note. She points at the note, then herself, nodding slightly.

After that, she has to puzzle over the next sketch. It depicted an undead that Chaindog had some falling out with, and caused her to be silent...most likely about the note, hence her attempt at contact.

The next one, picture with note and symbols, probably conveys curiosity...if it were hatred, the hunter would most likely have attacked when she figured out that Lelenia was the elf she was looking for. That, in and of itself, was half the reason she was staying here. The fact that Chaindog had also destroyed her tracks, and with it, the little evidence outside the note Lelenia had been in Ogrimaar that day, furthered the curiosity as to *why*.

Frowning a little, she picked up the quill again, and slides the now-crowded sheet aside, sprinkling a little dust on the wet ink out of habit. On the next clean one, she copies the fanged face, and over it, the long-eared one. Chewing on her bottom lip for a good symbolism, she sketches a pair of wheat plants crossed, partially covering an open book. Small, neat arrows go from the eyes of the elf to the covered book, and then from the eyes to the fanged face.

A wide arrow moves to the next one, again with the elf head over the orc. On one side of the orc head, a bow and arrow. On the other, the side of the Grim. Again, small arrows go to the bow, then to the symbol...then a pair of arrows toward the orc, slashed through with a bold line.

Another arrow, then she sketches the two heads next to each-other. Chewing on her lip again, she sketches a flexed arm over the orc head, then a mug and the letter between the two heads.

Sighing, she replaces the quill, then sits back, waiting to see how well the imagery works.

Near as she tell from the sketches, some situation arose between Chingaso and this elf. They seem to have a non-hostile relationship now because of it. The letter was part of a delivery, was the mug one as well?

She looks up from the sheet and looks directly into the elf's eyes. She seems non-hostile, she seems friendly. Maybe she is.

Chaindog only draws one picture. She draws the elf head and the orc head. The two symbols are touching at the lips. She draws small arrows pointing to the lips. Then a couple of question marks near the arrows.

Chaindog turns the sheet around so Lelenia can see it. She looks at Lelenia to gauge a response.

She bites her lip upon seeing the new sketch, keeping back a laugh as she tilts her head back, thinking for a moment. After a short pause, she shrugs, then writes down a simple word in Orcish.

How?

Chaindog's chin drops. If it droped any further it would have dislocated. She had no idea, not a one. It was a method she used to break down questioning and narrow in on a target she was after.

How could she explain to this elf that based on Lelenia's response she would ask another question to eliminate more possiblities and so on. But now, she can't. This elf has the hots for Chingaso.

But part of it was Chingaso's responses earlier as well. He was nervous. If he didn't care about her, he would have exposed the letter and laughed at it. But he didn't, he hid it from them.

Her face changes again, this time to a smirk, then brings a hand up to cover her mouth and she can't seem to stiffle a girlish giggle. Chingaso wasn't betraying the Grim, it was his heart betraying him.

Chaindog lets out a sigh and then looks at the elf. What word or phrase can she write that would portray what she wanted to get across.

She elegantly writes, "I did not know. It was a guess. I thought Chingaso was betraying the Grim. But it is not true."

...she giggled? Horde had done many things when Lelenia tried to communicate...ignore her, slap at her, try to kill her...but giggle?

Though...the jaw-drop was rather humerous.

Looking down at the line of text, she frowns a little. Under the second, eighth, tenth and thirteenth word she drew small question marks...blast, she had to learn more written languages. Sighing a bit, she turns the parchment around again.

Chaindog scratches out the second word.

She points at the eighth word. She emphasizes her shruging while she points at the word.

She scratches out the tenth word writes in the eighth word.

As for the 13th word, she points at Lelenia's daggers and then makes knifing motion and then points at her own back.

She blinks again, then nods slowly, taking the quill back to jot down a few more words.

Chaindog smiles a smile of mischeiviousness and points at where she destroyed the tracks. She shakes her head no.

Chingaso feel rising unease. Feel life not in control, that things be plan without Chingaso consent.

Chingaso ride to Eastern Plaguelands. Chingaso hear Vilmah there, think to offer help if Vilmah need. Lately Chingaso find self spend as much time possible with she-Orcs. Shaggy and Chingaso becoming like brother and sister.

But still Chingaso think of she-elf. Chingsao visit Silithus often, but never see. Now Chingaso seem to avoid Silithus, even though Chingaso have task there to complete.

Chingaso confuse.

Chaindog reaches into her pack and pulls out a scroll tube. She pulls out a long scroll and unrolls it in front of Lelenia. It's a list of leatherworking patterns by name. She then points to a few patterns that are marked by an alliance symbol.

She also pulls out an feather and a collar. She places the owl feather inside the collar and hopes Lelenia will understand.

She rubs her face a little, squinting at the list of leatherworking patterns. Obviously she wanted access to the types that were only available through the alliance...for those, she took a clean sheaf, copying down the patterns marked with the familier shield design. The collar with a feather...was that a pet's collar.

Sighing a bit, she tucks away the list, then pulls out a small book from her belt, flipping through, she finds a particular page, topped with the symbol of the Horde. Turning it to face Chaindog, it's a list of cooking recepies.

Equivilent exchange...she wanted a bird-like pet. For that, she dug in her pack, pulling out a small patch of brown scaled skin, and tucked it into the collar next to the feather.

Days have turned into weeks after their encounter. Pets and recipes and been exchanged and Chaindog hasn't seen Lelenia in a long time. But now there is a need for Lelenia.

Chaindog arrives in Centarion Hold and posts a note like before. She heads into the inn for a while. She orders a wyrm steak, and scorpid scalops and a large glass of ice cold milk. Then takes her time enjoying her meal as she waits for Lelenia.
