Early Life and Education:
FIreheart was born in the kingdom of Quel’thelas. Having rejected Rommath’s teachings to harvest arcane magic, Kalless spent several years training in the art of Demonology to satiate the magical addiction that plagued her people. Under the warlock trainer Alamma, she learned the dark art of summoning and to this day, she seeks ever greater power to wield against those who would seek to exploit the Sin’dorei weakness for magic. After graduating from The Sanctum of SIlvermoon, Kalless joined The Falling Sands in the fight against the Burning Crusade. Once Illidan was defeated the Falling Sands disbanded and reorganized, allowing Kalless to take up residence in the Black Temple, where she spends her time researching and summoning. She now aids the warlocks in the Cleft of Shadow.
Family:
Fireheart’s father was a captain of Kael’Thas Sunstrider’s personal guard at the time of her birth, and was taken from base to base, before he lost his sanity to the demonic energies he siphoned from crystals that were acquired during The Burning Crusade. Thereafter, Kalless sought revenge upon Kael’thas and his Felblood Elves, only to find that her father was lost to the vile powers that corrupted his mind. Unwilling to join her father in madness, she took his life and destroyed all that remained of the Felblood who followed him. To her dismay, she came to realize that she too had some darkness and fire swirling within her. It is possible, with Selin’s unswerving loyalty to his lord, that he may have changed Kalless in some way when she was merely a child. But to her knowledge, she has chosen to kindle the fel fire that burns within her heart and is only now becoming to realize that her control over the power within her is shaking from her grasp.
Career and professions:
Due to the training she received in runes and demonic symbols, Kalless also works as a Scribe and is well versed in teaching heroes how to unlock hidden skills and abilities that would not be possible by other means. For a short time Kalless also worked as a Card Master and operated gambling events within the Darkmoon Faire.

Kalless has a strong sense of duty and is contemplative and direct. She trains well and would lay down her life to save a comrade in battle.

Kalless carries herself like royalty and expects those around her to follow royal protocol. If she becomes agitated, the demonic power within her tends to react violently.
Recent Events:
After her encounter with the Sha and her hand in the capture of Garrosh Hellscream, Kalless began to lose control of whatever had taken seed within her. However, her research into the Black Temple has lead her in search of 4 artifacts of potential power; The Skull of Gul’dan, the Book of Medivh, the Eye of Dalaran, and the Jeweled Scepter of Sargeras. What she plans to do with these items is yet to be fully disclosed, but The Skull of Gul’dan is already in her possession, and with its history as a portal device, it is likely that she plans to use it in a summoning ritual. The only problem is that the Skull’s corruption has begun to tempt Kalless as it did Illidan and with recent whispers of new activity around the dark portal, she has sought help among the ranks of The Grim, a dark but powerful force rivaling that of Hellscreams own army. Kalless now ranks as Supplicant to The Grim and answers directly to Syreena Shadowblade.
