History Before The Grim: Ithawasa scraped by with the rest of his tribe in Feralas, carving their place in the wild. Having lived over a century without modern conveniences he prefers to avoid civilization and keep the wilderness when possible. He learned the ways of the Druids at an early age and could have become the tribe's Seer or Chieftain had the Tauren tribes not been united under Cairne. He became somewhat bitter over his people joining the Horde but softened to the idea when he heard of his people ousting the Centaur from Mulgore and founding Thunder Bluff.

He continued his training outside the influence of the Horde and his tribe, focusing on all aspect of nature. He learned the arts of healing and shapeshifting into different creatures, attempting to become one with nature. At times, he joined the Horde in battles against the Alliance or other threats from Ogre tribes and nearby naga settlements. He was never involved with any of the large engagements in Kalimdor such as Ahn'Qiraj or the Darkspear Rebellion.

History In The Grim: He received word that one of his kin had joined a group calling themselves 'The Grim' and decided to look into it. Consulting the spirits, he learned of the victories over the Alliance and other threats. Especially against the wretched little Dwarves and Gnomes. Considering the direction of the Horde, he sought out his cousin Awatu and offered his services. He stands ready for the call should his aid be needed, whether it is to fight against the Alliance or offer words of wisdom to any member of The Grim. Even if some of them are Goblins.
