Full Name: Like all shu'halo, Yichimet has several names. The one that is known by the greater public is Yichimet Clouded Eyes Sees.

Race: Shu'halo

Hair: A deep brown coat of fur covers his body.
Eyes: Now a brown to match his fur, but for a time had been milky from a spiritual ceremony.
Height: 8'5"
Weight: Approximately 500 lbs.
Notable Physical Features: Slightly taller than average for a shu'halo, with feathers and beads woven into his braids and short beard.

Place of Birth: Thousand Needles
Known Relatives: Many blood relatives among the Grimtotem of the Thousand Needles.

Religion/Philosophy: Deep respect and veneration for the Spirits and Ancestors, a love of Mu'sha and An'she the two eyes of the sky, and above all the belief that Nature is the Mother of the world.

Role: Shaman
Special Skills: A strong, fast connection to the Spirits; a certain ability of farsight through clouds and smoke so that he can see different paths before him.
Positive Personality Traits: A deep respect for those who show him respect; looking and being grateful for the bounty of the Earthmother everywhere.

History Before The Grim: Born to parents of the Grimtotem tribe in Thousand Needles, Yichimet grew up among his family happy but eking out a life. He listened to the stories his Elders told, how the Kaldorei stole the Earthmother's bounty--the shu'halo land, their hunting ground and way of life--long, long ago, and developed a deep hatred for the Night Elves. He wandered the lands of Kalimdor when he reached adolescence, seeking out other Grimtotem in the reaches of the continent and sharing stories, tents and beds with any he came across.

Eventually he returned and began his learning from Hidua, the Sorcerer of his small band of Grimtotem. There were others who also learned from Hidua and Yichimet grew to feel brotherly love for them, especially for Conshomek who was younger than Yichimet and had not wandered as far as his own travels had taken him.

Years passed. The orcs and trolls came to Kalimdor, and the news of Thunder Bluff's founding made its way to the Needles, though it had little effect on his tribe, who were often shunned by other shu'halo tribes. Wanderers from their main encampments began to trade or sometimes to hunt the Grimtotem, though, and so contact was made.

After the battle of Hyjal, Hidua and Yichimet, who by this point had grown as close as father and son, began experimenting with old techniques of Spirit-speaking and Spirit-seeing that foretold the future. One such event lead to Hidua and Yichimet consuming a Sapta that showed them the new World Tree and a terrible Vision: demons growing from the Tree as if they were fruit. When Yichimet awoke, his eyes were milky white and he saw Spirits wherever he turned.

Hidua grew worried by this Vision and asked Yichimet to explore the northern lands and begin a plan to drive the Kaldorei from their ancestral lands and stop the Vision from becoming reality. Eventually, Yichimet found himself at the feet of Magatha Grimtotem. While on this trip, Yichimet ran into the first member of what would become his new tribe: the Grim. Because their goal, utter annihilation of the Alliance, meshed so easily with his desire to destroy the Night Elves, he gained the favor of Maledictus and put on the tabard.
