History Before The Grim:From a common class family the Brightstars, Cayli maintained a job as a floor maid within the Silvermoon Inn. Wanting to do more than serve the over privileged, she would often sneak away in the early morning and watch the soldiers train, practicing on her own fashioned dummy she kept outside of the city. She met her husband Esrythalon one night in murder row as she fought back a group of unruly men. To this day she still lets him think he helped more than he did. One day Ezra raced into the Inn and shared of his joining of Kael’thalas to go and fight back the scourge. Cayli quickly joined in the excitement to fight and defend their city, alongside Ezra. After several assignments they learned they would soon be assigned to separate regiments, prompting them to have a swift wedding ceremony. Once wed they pled with their commanders to allow them to fight together. After persistence Cayli was assigned to fight alongside Ezra. Following Kael to Silverpine forest, they too were arrested after the assistance from Azsarah. After escaping Dalaran, they were trained under Illidan as some of Kael’s elite soldiers.
