History Before The Grim: Born in Stranglethorn, Kaz was raised to fish and fight. He met the love of his life, Naavi, before the tribe immigrated to Durotar, and they raised three children. He become a warrior to uphold the values of family and honor as a soldier of the Horde. In his time fighting, he lost his parents, his siblings, and his children to various threats targeting the Horde. The Zandalari especially wronged him, leading him to lead a two year vendetta quest against their members. Some records put his kill count around this point in the 500s, more than any period of his life. During the civil war in the Horde, his mate was kidnapped by the Kor'kron for "attacking their troops" during the time the orcs were posted in the Echo Isles. In captivity underneath Orgimmar, the troll endured the harshest of atrocities. By the time Kazarak joined the siege and found her, she had become a hollow shell of herself. Shortly after, she died from an unknown cause. Kaz joined an ambassador's group in Pandaria to diffuse the tension with the Alliance troops posted there. His group was tricked and killed by Alliance renegade troops, who slit his throat as well. He returned from the dead, and set out to hunt down those that had betrayed him by any means. To this day, he has found and killed 34 of the 36. During the last two years, Kazarak vanished from anyone's records. It was unclear whether he had begun focusing on his hunt, or if he had gone on some spiritual journey of enlightenment. However, during this hiatus, Kaz received a vision in a pool on a mountain in the Barrens. This vision led him to join the Grim, and to prepare himself to fight the Burning Legion.

History In The Grim: Kazarak completed his first trial as Supplicant in a week. He killed and scalped several dozen dwarves, and brought back a cask of ale from the Thunderbrew Distillery, and a gilded tome from Ironforge.
