Grim Application For Rarrak
How did you hear about The Grim?
-Getting killed by Grim members years ago.
What experience do you have with internet forums? Do you check them frequently or infrequently?
-Depending on the forum fairly frequently. Though I generally check more when I am off work.
What sort of role-playing experience do you have? Would you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
-I have been playing MMOs since I was younger starting with Everquest. I have role played in several of the games.
The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild. Do you have any experience playing a character of this alignment or a character archetype that believes in structure with evil intent?
-Yes, all characters regardless of alignment can believe and behave in a way that is evil while still supporting structures. Honor among thieves?
Have you been part of any other guilds in World of Warcraft? If so, who were they and what server do or did they reside on? Let us know of your experience with them and what made you decide to either leave or continue to stay.
-Yes. Several that no longer exist. Most notably First Legion, Empyrean Dawn, and Rooks. All Twisting Nether, all alliance. First legion became too much of a hassle to keep up with, and I had few friends in the guild. Rooks I left due to personal differences between myself and some other high ranking officers. Empyrean Dawn slowly broke down and lost members during a time when I began to spend less time on video games. However, I do still keep in contact with many friends from this guild who no longer play WOW.
Are you applying on an alt (non-main) character? If so, what are you looking for here that you are not getting from your main character? If you are feeling honest or adventurous, please let us know who your main is.
-I am applying on an alt. I played alliance for years and loved it but I need a change. None of my friends aside from one currently play the game, and he is now mainly playing Horde. I have always had Horde alts and just decided this was the time to really get into playing them. I enjoy healing and my main was a Druid. I think it is fun to play other healers so I have been leveling a Shaman and a Priest to play around with this time. Iumlader was my main.
What are your expectations for your character after joining The Grim. What aspect of the game, if any, do you wish to focus on?
-I plan on focusing on PVP. I would also like to do some of the dungeons that will be coming out in the next expansion. I am mainly looking for friends to play with since most of mine have left the game. I enjoy world pvp quite a bit and would love to find a small group of friends that would join me in both world and instanced PVP.
What is your PvE (player-versus-environment) experience in World of Warcraft? What classes and roles do you enjoy the most in a raid environment? Do you have any PvE experience from other MMO games?
-I have almost always been a healer or support in all the games I have played. During vanilla I raided MC, BWL, and all of the 20 man raids. I raided up until SSC in BC and then decided to mainly PVP. During WOTLK all I did was PVP. I did not play much during Cata or Pandaria.
What is your PvP (player-versus-player) experience in World of Warcraft? What classes and roles do you enjoy the most in a PvP environment? Do you have any PvP experience in other MMO games?
-Again mainly healing. I enjoy world pvp quite a bit. I do BGs and arenas too it mainly depends on who I am playing with and what we feel like doing. During Vanilla and BC I had three Horde friends who I met through world pvp. We often would meet up and mess around in each others cities, or chase down members of the opposing faction.
Did you read and understand our guidelines on character names, listed at the beginning of this application? (Please note, if your name does not fall within our guidelines and you do not want to do a name change, you are more than welcome to apply under a different character.)
-Yes I understand.
How is your computer performance when playing World of Warcraft? What is your FPS/load times during heavy graphical or high population times? Is your internet connection stable?
-I have no problems with hardware, or my internet connection.
Provide an armory link to your character.
-My main horde character I plan on playing is still not level capped. Here is his link.

Do you have anything further to add?
-Hope you guys don't hold having an old alliance main against me. I would love to be a part of your guild!
