- Male, Sin'Dorei.

(IC) What is your class in life? Why did you choose to follow this class?
- I was trained in the task of military reconnaissance for the Horde, however prior to my military service, I am not proud to say, I was a pick-pocket in the underbellies of Dalaran. Despite this, I assure you I have left dishonor in my past. It helped me survive, I will not lie. However the lessons I have learned in the arts of subtlety have not and will not go unused. I now serve the Horde in hopes that the wars I fight today will prevent the wars my children fight in the future.

(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?
- 3,452 confirmed kills on the battlefield.

(IC) What drives you in life? How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
- War is a scourge on this world. As a soldier, I will be the first to say that. However, today's wars must be fought so that tomorrow, only one banner directs life on this planet. I aim for that banner to be that of the Horde's. I offer The Grim my blade, my abilities, and my life to further your cause.

(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
- For the previous four years I've been posted in Stonard, fighting to cut off the Alliance's access to the Blasted Lands and the Dark Portal. My superiors have been unfortunately to reserved to see out our mission.

(IC) What are your thoughts of the new direction the Horde has taken since the Cataclysm?
- We have lost Thralls temperance, but have gained Hellscream's ambition. It is not my place to dabble in the politics of it all, one can only hope.

(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?
- Role-playing is my escape, and it has been for the previous several years. My role-playing experiences are predominantly limited to MMO's, including World of Warcraft, Rift, AoC, etc. The Grim seems to offer me the best chance to experience role-play often on this server, and that is what has peaked my interest.

(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by a structure with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. Does this definition conflict with how you want to play your character? If it does, how do you expect to handle the conflict with other members?
- Bolin has a chip on his shoulder. I wouldn't necessarily label him as an instigator when it comes to social interaction, nor a mediator; however I would venture to call him ruthless in combat, and in regards to those who would do he or those of his allegiance harm. A sense of mercy left him years ago, and although that lacking has hurt him in some aspects, it has also helped him excel in others.

(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
- I've been role-playing for several years now, and as a theater major in college I get to role-play in life as well! I wouldn't classify myself an expert, but I do know what I am doing; and I take pride in some of the characters I've been able to develop.

(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently? If so, what was your previous server and/or in-game name?
- No, this is a recently created character. I quit for a handful of years so I could focus on my studies. First time on the server in about three years.

(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
- Role-playing as my number one, obviously. Chances to RP come few and far between for me on this server, so I am excited to get back in the swing of that. PvP as my number two. I was a huge PvP'er back in the day, and I'm also excited to tie that in with my role-play.

(OOC) When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim. In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule. Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Ashenfury.
- I'm free weekdays until roughly 6pm-12am, and then from then on. I'm most active in the early mornings (1-4am), and then the later mornings to the evenings (11am-5pm).

- IC: Peace through annihilation.
- OOC: I am currently enrolled at West Virginia University until the end of this semester in May. I feel obligated to inform you that I am also currently enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, and anywhere within 4-6 months I will be stationed somewhere in the states to further my training (most likely Quantico, meaning I will have internet access), and depending on current events, I may end up getting deployed following that. This means that I may or may not be active for a period of several weeks/months depending on my location. However, for the next few months, I will be generally free/active.
