-Countess Vynnia Dawnstrider

(IC) What is your gender and race?
-Female Sin'dorei

(IC) What is your class in life? Why did you choose to follow this class?
-I am a Death Knight. I did not choose this class. I was forced to accept it against my will. But after the Lich King betrayed me and the other knights, I eventually learned to adapt to it.

(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?
-40

(IC) What drives you in life? How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
-My identity has made me hunger for the blood of The Alliance on my blade. I believe that I could serve The Grim quite well by stopping at nothing to wipe the enemy out. This I will do.

(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
-I was once a Countess in Silvermoon City back when I knew the ways of the Paladin and the Light. The memories of that which I learned are long gone now, as well as most of what I remember from my past. But I do recall being Countess and I still refer to myself as so. I also had a daughter, Lilaena, who recently was murdered. I had not seen her in years, and this saddens me. She was training to be a mage last I saw her, and I was a young Paladin. Now the wrinkles on my skin are beginning to form, and my voice has lost its innocence.

(IC) What are your thoughts of the new direction the Horde has taken since the Cataclysm?
-I am joyful that Deathwing has been slain. But now I am prepared for the future, even if something worse may happen in or to Azeroth.

(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?
-I really enjoy RPing and setting up my own characters. I like to try and make them different from who I really am. It also gives me a chance to make friends outside and inside of role-play and increase my toon's development.

(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by a structure with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. Does this definition conflict with how you want to play your character? If it does, how do you expect to handle the conflict with other members?
-No, it does not conflict with my character one bit. There are many parts of Vynnia that are evil, and not just because she is a Death Knight. She can be both negatively evil and lawfully evil.

(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
-I was previously Lilaena in the Grim, but I became tired of playing her and I did not make much effort to do what was expected of me. With Vynnia, I promise that I will get my tasks done a lot sooner and not months later after they are assigned. I still consider myself a beginner.

(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently? If so, what was your previous server and/or in-game name?
-No.

(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
-I am looking to learn more about PvP since that is one of the focuses of the Grim. Though I have done random and rated battlegrounds, I still don't know much about it. But I am aware of how to gear up for PvP activities.

(OOC) When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim. In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule. Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Ashenfury.
-I live on the West Coast. Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class from 11:00am to 1:30pm. On weekends, I usually log on in the late mornings and early afternoons, and I am mostly on during the evening until midnight. So I am quite flexible.

-I am not sure if this would be appropriate to request, but if he is able, it would be great if Bryii could be my Inquisitor. If not, I understand and will appreciate any Inquisitor. Peace through Annihilation!
