Despite the robes, I am indeed male. *He slides a pointed finger along his elongated ears.* A blood elf of course. I may not have gotten enough sleep the past few years, but I rather think I do not look undead quite yet.
(IC) What is your class in life? Why did you choose to follow this class?
I suck the life out of the unfortunate and the demons chose me. I was young and my best friend and I were in trouble. A bolt of shadows appeared at my fingertips. I knew then what I was.
(IC) How would you describe yourself?
Giving and caring though if you ask others it might result in self-centered and arrogant. Well, perhaps I'll agree with arrogant. Just a smidgen. I am capable of being quite loyal to those that are worthy of my time.
(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?
5,611. I keep track myself.
(IC) What drives you in life? How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
What drives me in life is simple revenge. The Alliance has taken both my best friend and my fiancé in our past wars. I loathe them all. Certainly, refuge is sought but a home as well is most welcome. Anyone would be foolish to turn away the resources and friends that serve me. They too can be of use.
(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
I was of the Grim in times past. The death of my close family was too much to bare and so I became a shadow of who I once was, drifting alone for some time before regaining myself. I return now, seeking blood and death.
(IC) What are your thoughts on the pact between the Alliance and the Warchief Thrall?
Thrall is too lenient. A true leader would stomp the life out of those hypocritical humans and pretend-lifeforms called gnomes. Nevertheless, I have great respect for Thrall and would come to his aid. I would serve him without a second thought.
(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?
It means finding some freaking RP on this server! My lordie, where the hell did everyone go? Damn the end of the expansion. I'm roaring up this guild. Let's find action!
(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by structure and a defined chain of command with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. How does your character's personality and storyline follow the Grim Mandate? Is there any conflict between how you want to play your character and the theme of the Grim? If so, what do you expect out of joining us?
My little warlock is very bloodthirsty. I don't foresee a problem with this- other than maybe begging for more world and BG PvP.
(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
I have role-played on TN for quite some time, but I am always learning something new about lore. Always trying to come up with better ways to make my characters have more personality to them. So, I'd say I'm a medium-level experienced RPer.
(OOC) Do you have any previous WoW experience? (PvP, Raiding, Battlegrounds, Different Servers, Different Guilds, Different Factions, etc.)
I have a severe case of WoW experience. From being in number one raiding guilds on other servers including First Legion Alliance side on TN for a while to learning how to PvP from multiple seasoned Gladiators, arena, world pvp, and rolling 80s of most classes.
(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently?
Neither. Diirak was born on Twisting Nether as a role-playing character from level 1! He RPed before he did his first quest and he RPs even today.
(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
I need a home for all the characters I have in TN and love to RP, PvP, and PvE. At the moment I'm concentrating more on RP and PvP.
(OOC) When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim. In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule. Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Aquizit.
I play mostly weekdays during the day (Pacific time) or late night. My weekends can sometimes get hectic and I work most weekday evenings for a few hours.

My other two 80s on this server are Raklaj (hunter) and Opalexyan (shammy) <- not to be confused with the other Opalexian shammy in the server!
I also have a multitude of alts that I log into every once in a while Kahlej (prot pally), Khelas (disc priest), Liriah (frost mage), Kryslej (rogue).
I might, should I win the lotto (or be sponsored!) resurrect my most geared character (resto druid) and bring that over to TN. Unfortunately I am broke and the druid is collecting dust, sitting at his nearly 30K honorable kills and 264 gear
