- I am Forsaken of the male gender.
(IC) What is your class in life? Why did you choose to follow this class?
- My class is that of a Death Knight, I did not choose to follow it, it chose to follow me.
(IC) How would you describe yourself?
- I am humble and will die to uphold my honor and loyalty. My mind is shattered, and I do not not know much of who I was in the past, but these traits I am certain of..
(IC) How many "Honorable" Kills do the Battlemasters currently have recorded for you?
- Hadiou embarrassingly jots down the number. 11, but I am hopping to change that very soon.
(IC) What drives you in life? How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
- As I mentioned before, my mind and memories are broken and I do not know much about who I am or what ambitions I held in the past. I do know that there is a strong hatred I feel for the Alliannce which is one of the reasons to why I am applying. I hope that perhaps by killing enough of them, my memories will rise to the surface as theirs rot below. By allowing me into your ranks I offer you loyalty at its purest and another blade to aid you in the genocide of the Alliance.
(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
- My memories begin shortly after I woke up in Ebon Hold. It was there that I served under Arthas the former Lich King. At the end of the servitude I was enlightened to the fact that he was using me and my comrades as pawns, but I still can't help but be grateful to him in some ways. He gave me this gift of power and an opportunity to extract it against those I wish to destroy. After that I served with a guild named HELLHOUND; a secret group formed under Garrosh Hellscreams banner which was formed in order to keep Hellscream in the loop of what was going on with Arthas and his armies. The leader of the organization died shortly after me joining and the guild was disbanded. Since then I have simply been serving the Horde in any way I can.
(IC) What are your thoughts on the pact between the Alliance and the Warchief Thrall?
- I don't believe in making pacts with lesser species. The Alliance should be destroyed and wiped off the map. Thrall plays with fire in my opinion with his notions of acceptance towards the alliance. I know it is hard to lead, but a Warchief should make war, plain and simple.
(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members. What does that mean to you?
- This means that I will be in character at all times unless in a channel that is deemed an ooc one.
(OOC) The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by structure and a defined chain of command with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies. How does your character's personality and storyline follow the Grim Mandate? Is there any conflict between how you want to play your character and the theme of the Grim? If so, what do you expect out of joining us?
- My characters story and personality will work perfectly with The Grim because he has a strong hate towards the alliance. He does not know why, but all that will be revealed as he grows. I expect this guild to be the perfect blend of RP and PVP which is what the server is and how it should be.
(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line? Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
- I don't know what or who Gary Gygax is but if it means a great roleplayer I would say I am closer to that. I am not perfect by any means but lets just say I started roleplaying in the good old Ultima Online era of the early 90's, so I have been doing it for a little while now.
(OOC) Do you have any previous WoW experience? (PvP, Raiding, Battlegrounds, Different Servers, Different Guilds, Different Factions, etc.)
- I have a 59 Warlock named Anjiru that I started to do a lot of pvping on (Open World) but I lost interest in him and began a Death Knight. I stopped playing for about a year and just recently started back again. I have yet to be exposed to raiding, battle grounds, or a formal guild. I started a guild with a couple friends but it did not go any where.
(OOC) Is this character a server-transfer or has it been renamed recently?
- It has had a race/name change just recently. Haidou the Undead was formally Aizo the Blood Elf.
(OOC) What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
- I hope for a immersive roleplay expirence coupled with an awesome pvp theme complimenting that roleplay. I generally hope that this is the guild that I can grow with and help shape for times to come.
(OOC) When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim. In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule. Please give a general outline below, OR if you wish to keep it private, send a PM to Aquizit.
- Monday an Wednesdays I will be pretty open to what ever time past 3pm eastern. Thursdays are also good as is the weekends. My work schedule changes so as long as I know ahead of time I am sure I can make it work.
