(IC) What name or title do you go by?
      - I be known as Zul'aj of the Dark Spear tribe

(IC) What is your gender and race?
      - A curious question but my earthly bonds be trollish bloodlines decent of the ancient kings

(IC) What is your class in life?  Why did you choose to follow this class?
      - My way in life is as a medium between the physical and the spiritual. Da choice wasn't mine to make once Chun'tas and Decun found me on de brink of death.

(IC) How would you describe yourself?
      - Chun'tas says I be still a youngin with too much powah. Decun doesn't say much at all though he mentioned I'm a lil to hasty with meh meals. I be sayin I'm just a decent shaman of meh bloodline with enough wisdom to know theirs still a lot ta learn.

(IC) What drives you in life?  How would the Grim benefit from having you among its ranks?
      - Meh drive comes from a desiah ta pay back the debt my people owe de Horde. De Kor'kron Vanguard saved meh village from de Jungle folk and I always repay meh debts. I be skill in de blade and blunt with enough powah to keep many a kin alive under duress if need be.

(IC) What did you do prior to The Grim?
      - I be servin de Horde on meh own on many a battlefield. Meh guides tell meh I might find the right sort to seek a more focused direction when their be no more ta be done alone.

(IC) What are your thoughts on the pact between the Alliance and the Warchief Thrall?
      - Mah repect to dah Warchief for attemptin to treat dah humans like a wise people, but de humans and alliance ain't never gonna behave with honor.

(OOC) The Grim is a role-playing guild that requires full immersion (heavy RP) of their members.  What does that mean to you?
      - Means I better learn to type accents better. Took me forever to wrap my head troll speak :)

(OOC)  The Grim are considered a Lawful Evil guild, ruled by structure and a defined chain of command with the intent to see the complete annihilation of their enemies.  How does your character's personality and storyline follow the Grim Mandate?  Is there any conflict between how you want to play your character and the theme of the Grim?  If so, what do you expect out of you joining?
      - Zul is something of a realist with a strict moral code, but he's seen the worst of the human and alliance as a whole and enjoys the wholesale slaughter of 'em.

(OOC) What sort of role-playing experience do you have, online or off-line?  Do you consider yourself a beginner or Gary Gygax?
      - Almost 15 years of table top, computer games, online sims, MUDs, NWN Persistant Worlds, of various different sorts. When I'm in the mood its hard for me to snap 'out' of my persona.

(OOC) Do you have any previous WoW experience?  (PvP, Raiding, Battlegrounds, Different Servers, Different Guilds, Different Factions, etc.)
      - 2k+ Arena teams, all content from all generations, HWL on my Druid, played on Twisting Nether, Steamweedle Cartel, and a couple other old RP servers, and almost always Horde side

(OOC)  What are you, the player, looking for in the Grim? What are your expectations of the guild?
      - Hmm tah helpin meh kin man :)

(OOC)  When joining the Grim, each new applicant will be matched up with someone to help them get into the swing of being Grim.  In order to coordinate this, we will need to have a fair approximation of your play schedule.  Please give a general outline below, OR send a PM to all (not just one) of the following members: Acherontia, Nymare, Tecunuman
      - Tues/Wed/Thurs nights for sure since their raid nights. Rest of the nights I'm always on for at least dailies and usually 'all' of the weekends.

(IC/OOC) Do you have anything further to add?
      - Peace through Annihilation

((On a note tacked to the bottom.))

I'm beginning to think nobody reads our rules about putting these up. Are we really expected to spend our time coddling people who've already proven they can't follow directions?

((In before Nymare's polite 'you missed a bit', ha! :D Seriously, go team shaman.))

Peering groggily through her new toy, Nymare adjusts the goggles from across the room and reads the application and note with sudden and headache-inspiring clarity.  She peels the things off in a panic and then calmly makes her way to the table to pen her own response.

Thank you, dead co knight.

And he is correct - this application is missing something vital.  Do try again.

As she walks by, Nymare pauses, curious to see if anything had been found and fixed.  A smirk creeps across her face as she reads.

"Better~"

A final note is appended to the board.
