So at the top of the page they say to log in using the blizz login info. Is this legit? I only now noticed it after it logged me out (been logged in for a while on that site).

I wouldn't do it. For sure no way ever. Even if Morhaime is sitting next to me with a signed affidavit telling me it's kosher.
They're using oauth and it looks straight up to me but I see no reason to do it. I'd stick with your old account.
