I think he grew that giant beard so he looks less like his dad. Didn't work-he looks like David Bowie with a tribble glued on his chin. o_O

Only movie of his I've seen is Moon, but good god, I love that movie. But it's on a completely different level from the Warcraft flick, so my expectations are not high for it (unless they get a great CGI company signed on).

It'll be old school Clash of the Titans type special effects but with shitty actors.

Moon was on a shoestring, and it was frickin amazing (and had only 2 main actors to boot! His short on the Moon DVD was also fantastic, check it out.) so I'd imagine that given full CGI facilities Duncan will have a good chance to knock this out of the park. He should be able to pull in great actors and a good script, but then it'll be a matter of if he can adequately juggle all the balls of a huge tentpole, fan-based movie like that. We'll see.

I was on a Sci-fi kick and I had Moon in my Netflix queue. I was watching awful science fiction movies one after another and I assumed that this third party foreign film would suck just as much as the others. The moment it ended I called my brother and told him that he MUST watch it. Definitely a flick worth watching.
