I just found out about this this morning. It affects all browsers but I am not sure of the blog article is just fear mongering or if it's legit. Interesting read none the less.

Personally, I've had NoScript installed on my firefox since I got Firefox. It's awesome, not only does it stop unwanted Java, but most ads are killed in the process as well.

no script is an addon that allows fine-grained control of javascript execution, as well as flash, java and some other stuff. Turns javascript *off* by default and allows you to temporarily allow it on a site or permanently ... &c &c &c
